Don’t do it!!! If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. They«fixed» the lock on my car and at first it was difficult to get the key in and out, so I just thought the key had to adjust to the newness of the lock. I wake up Sunday morning to find a spring has popped out and I can’t even get the key in the door. I’m Locke out of my car. So I call and they say because it was working when I left the shop if they come out to open my car they will have to charge me. Then they say, well it wasn’t under warranty, well no one even offered me a warranty when I paid for it. So lemme get this straight. They do unsatisfactory work and get to get paid more money? Um no. Will be contacting the BBB

I can’t say enough positive words about the excellent customer service offered by Bilco! The very helpful Joe was over w/in the hour, had my ancient safe drilled open in 20 min — WELLWORTHEVERYPENNY! Thanks Joe, & thanks Bilco!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom. She recently locked her keys in the car. Another company quoted her labor plus additional fees depending on methods used to unlock her car and gave her an hour window. Fortunately, she came across Bilco who quoted her a flat fee and a window of 15mins. Ed arrived and was able to unlock her car and provided her a spare key at no additional charge. My mom, who is very hard to please, was so thrilled with Ed at Bilco she pocketed a few of his business cards and told everyone how happy she was with the service.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Bilco today. My baby was locked inside my car and I was distraught. Pop A Lock said they could arrive in 15 minutes, then called back and said it would be almost an hour an perhaps I should smash a window. Breaking glass around my child. Super idea. Then Bilco Lock & Safe was called and arrived in under 15 minutes. Robert had my car safely opened in under 2 minutes. He was efficient; kind to a panicky mama; and careful not to damage my car’s doors, windows, or locking mechanisms. So glad this business is around! Side note-we were at the Dallas Zoo-I bet this type of thing happens all the time there! Hope everybody can have the good fortune that this company pops up first in their frantic search!
