This company is tops in dry cleaning! I always have friendly service and the clothes are ready and pressed perfectly within the quoted time frame. The prices are great, as well. The shoe services provided are THE BEST! I can always count on Bibbentuckers for the best service for dry cleaning and shoe services. Have been going here for years and wouldn’t consider changing!

Dropped off laundry by the pound and picked it up two days after. Clothes was clean and folded. Prices weren’t that bad either

Prices here are extremely high. $$$$$ Took my clothes here and some were not ready as promised. The one over at Highland Park Village was great but they closed it. Only if I am desperate will I go back to this location. In the mean time I found a cleaners which was just as good and a lot cheaper.

I am really unhappy right now. I still don’t have my clothes even though technically they were supposed to be ready on Friday after 5 (it’s now Tuesday at 5:30). I went to pick them up yesterday and they weren’t ready but I was never called and I never did get a good answer as to why. I was told they would be ready today. They were not. The clerk said they were probably on the truck to be delivered if I wanted to wait for them but I had to be somewhere and couldn’t sit and wait.
I won’t be using this service again and would not recommend any else do either.

High end dry cleaning. They do really good work. They charge more than the average on the corner dry cleaner, but especially if you have a nice article of clothing that you are worried about, they will take good care of it.

I’ve been using this Bibbentuckers location for a few years now, and I’ve been extremely satisfied with their work and their customer service.
I bring my dress shirts here for dry cleaning 2 – 3 times a month, and I think there have only been one or two occasions when a stain didn’t come completely out. I brought the shirts back, and they took care of it no problem. An added bonus is the drive-​thru window that you can utilize for both pick up and drop off.
The staff is very friendly, and they know me by name by this point. The only minor complaint I have is that they do not currently have a seamstress in this location, so they have to send things to their Lemmon location if you need work done. Everything inevitably turns out fine, it just means you have to wait about a week or so to get your sewing done.
