The area doesn’t seem to bad but is noisy because it’s right next to the freeway. Rooms are decent size but the bed feels like I’m sleeping on a trampoline. Will not stay here again because of that.

The front desk staff need a lesson in customer service. We reported our toilet leaking on the first night and asked to switch rooms. We were told they couldn’t do anything about it till the next day… they couldn’t even bring us towels to soak up the standing water on the bathroom floor(even though the family that runs the place were staying directly across the hall from us). My husband went down to get towels and there was another staff member hanging out in the lobby. The following day, they never did check on the issue, so my husband went down to the front desk(approximately 14 hours after we had first reported it) and asked again to switch rooms… the clerk came upstairs to check the leak, left the room for a few minutes, and brought back a bowl to catch the water. That was it. He didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience! We definitely will not be back.

My GOD this place sucks. SKETCHY location first of all. Second of all, it seems like this place is family owned by a family who doesn’t want to own it. The front desk guy wasn’t helpful, was sleeping on the job even. The exercise facility was locked and we were allowed«20 minutes» in it, who can workout in 20 minutes? When we went into our room it was stuffy and hot like the AC hadn’t been turned on for days. Ice bucket BUTNOICEMACHINES. Crap cable. The whole place looks like it’s going to fall apart, doesn’t look anything like the photos. Oh, and did I mention bed bugs? I found SEVERAL. But that’s okay, if I want coffee, I could always go into the bathroom where it’s located.

Cheap rates. Room was big and clean. Had a fridge. Free parking and wifi. Was here only for less then 10 hours but I got a good nights sleep. Free breakfast. I love the Texas shaped waffle machine.

Older hotel. Read a lot of bad reviews as far as area and what not. Not to bad for my girlfriend and I. Right off the highway. Front desk a little out of the loop and not to friendly. The parking area is loaded with cameras which is nice.

This is a seedy place in a very bad location. A strip bar is across the street and there are plenty more down the street. I DONOTTHINKITISSAFE. Paid for the night but left after 3 minutes to find another hotel. This is the only place I have ever declined to stay in. THISISSKIDROW!!!

This was a fine little location for our CHL course classroom portion(easily accessible from Dallas and near Elm Fork range). My only complaint is that for the 25 of us there, there were only two bathrooms(yikes) — one guys, one girls. Can’t speak to the hotel rooms, etc… but the conference room was fine, except that the AC was either frigid or muggy… no middle ground. There was a very friendly front desk person today! It’s really great that they have a Starbucks just a short ways down the road, too — and DRIVETHRU!

The non smoking rooms smell of smoke, light bulbs are out, the window wont close, the bathroom door is scraping the floor until its jammed when you open it. there is a myriad of problems here. The problem is obviously the cheap owners. To me this area looks like the hood anyways, but as a chain, sheets are lean, so are the restrooms.

This hotel is not called the Millenium Inn. It’s called the Northwest Inn. If the Millenium was anything like the Northwest Inn, I can see why they changed the name. But, unfortunately it takes more than just a name change to fix a hotel. It’s a bad hotel, in a bad area. I found multiple, long black hairs in my towels and in my bed. The whole place just has a rundown feel. Trash behind the furniture. The only reason I’m giving it 2 stars is because it had a fridge and a microwave. Oh, and the price is very low. But, you get what you pay for. Did I mention its in a sketchy area?
