Belle Spa

I’m sad. Belle Spa is very close to my house, and I fell in love with it the very first time I went. Since then, though the quality of my services has diminished… to the point that I won’t be returning.
The last two times were the worst. A male technician did my manicure and buffed my nails to the point of damaging them last time. I unfortunately just got him during my «last chance» visit today, and I made him redo them, because he painted them with jagged edges remaining on the tips of my nails. Not only did he speed through the entire manicure, but every part of it was sloppy and incomplete. I could tell I had really irritated him, and I left frustrated.
When the OWNER asked how I liked them, I said that I wasn’t pleased and showed him my nails. Instead of either comping a horrible service or, better yet having another technician FIX the problem, he charged me full price and promised better service next time. When I politely mentioned that there would be no next time, he did NOTHING still to fix the issue. I left frustrated, out $ 43 for HORRIBLE service, and uglier nails than when I arrived.
There are better nail places in Dallas, and I intend to never return to Belle Spa.
