On 12÷14÷15, I ordered an item from the Sears website, sold and fulfilled by Beecon Learning, LLC in Dallas, Texas, a marketplace retailer on Sears’ website(they also sell on Amazon and I wish I read those reviews first, before ordering anything fulfilled by this retailer). The item I ordered was a Christmas gift for my 7 year old. I ordered an adorable 16″ Male baby doll(with a brown skintone), by JC Toys. I was promised delivery by 12⁄23. My item remained in the«Processing» status the entire time with no updates. There was no communication initiated by this seller even though they knew that there was a shipping problem with my item. After making countless inquiries, emails and calls, from both Sears and myself, I finally found out that they supposedly shipped my item via United States Postal Service but it was returned to them because their label was unreadable. They never provided me with any tracking info. or any info. about this supposed first shipment. They said they reshipped my item and finally provided a tracking number, after my emails and calls. However, it could not be tracked the entire time! They claimed that the USPS was not updating their systems with tracking information. I called the USPS and they told me that that is untrue. They updated regularly, especially at holiday time. Plus, I had no problems tracking any other USPS packages. Only this one. I even called this seller and finally got someone on the line and she assured me my item was shipped and would arrive. I even confirmed the item and was extra clear since I was already experiencing such troubles with this order to begin with. I finally received a package from the seller yesterday. They sent me a 20″ Female doll! Their packing slip matched what I did order on the Sears website but the item they shipped had a completely different UPC code and item number. It was a completely different item! One I have never previously seen and did not order. I sent them an email with 6 photo attachments of what I ordered, what I received and all of the supporting documentation. After this entire fiasco, they didn’t even ship the item I ordered! I have yet to hear back from them and from my experience with this company, they couldn’t care less. Needless to say, I do not recommend doing business with Beecon Learning, LLC. Just a horrible experience all around. Shop elsewhere.

Horrible Customer Service. I ordered a product from them through Sears website and for 2 weeks the tracking says that my item is processing. No one from customer service has answered my email or phone message. Sears customer service has had no luck contacting them either.
