BCBG Max Azria is located inside the Galleria Mall on the first floor. I love the brand! The quality and style of the clothing is great.
This location is my favorite! I first started shopping here about a year and a half ago. I bought a fall coat and since then I have been back many times to buy accessories and other pieces of clothing. The coat itself has been with me through two seasons and looks almost as good as the day I bought it! The leather bracelets come in so many different colors. They are great quality and super cute!
The staff at this location is amazing. No matter when I go, how busy they are, or how I look (I’ve gone in with sweatpants and a t-​shirt), I am always treated with respect and helped out to find the perfect piece for me. There is an amazing no pressure vibe from the sales staff and they genuinely want to find the right thing.

VERY disappointed in this store, if I could I wouldn’t even give it one star! My daughter and I have shopped and bought from the store at NorthPark Mall and have always had great service, and love their clothes. We went to the store here in the Galleria and were completely floored at how rude and unhelpful the clerks were. There were 2 clerks working (or two that we saw), and neither one offered a «hello» or «how can I help you». The store was not busy, in fact it was just me and my daughter and another young girl and her mother. We looked shortly and asked about long dresses for prom, the one clerk just said «what you see if what you get» in a very rude demeanor and walked away. When we inquired about a dress that the other young customer was trying on, the clerk’s reply was «I don’t know». It was clear from there they really didn’t want or care for our business and we walked out. Very disappointing that a store of its caliber has clerks like that. Will definitely stay away from that store in The Galleria, and will tell my friends to not waste their time there and head over to NorthPark.

Great service. Beautiful clothes. My daughter purchased a prom dress here and we paid way less than I expected. Nothing is ever the price on the label. There’s almost always some discount. We were looking for homecoming dresses and I was carrying around a beautiful dress marked at over $ 400. When we asked, it was actually $ 138. AMAZING. And the gals who work there are so attentive and helpful.

I ordered and paid for a BCBGMax wedding dress from Nordstrom so I could try it on since they didn’t have my size on hand. As I was walking thru the mall I stumbled across this BCBG store and saw the dress I Ordered. I walked in to look at it and the told the sales lady my situation, she was so incredibly helpful and offered to find my size or close to my size so I could try it on. She even brought be shoes to try as well. Knowing that I already purchased it from Nordstrom, she still gave great service. I noticed they have beautiful clothing there and will probably come and by my reception dress from them.
