BB Nails

They do a good job here. Usually the staff is friendly. But last night I tried to come in and they had their doors locked by 7:40pm. Now I know they close at 8:00pm but really, 20mins before closing time? And a worker just shook his head «no» when I looked in. I’ll keep going but just so everyone knows, you have to be there 30mins before they close or they won’t take you!

I love Bb Nails! It’s been 4 years I’ve been going there. I usually call for an appointment because since that salon its popular, it is always packed! I usually go with Alex or David! I would recommend both! I’m always satisfied with my nails! Don’t care about the price but trust me it’s worth it! :)

I had an appointment and I still waited. The owner, Alex, did my nails. He was rude and was annoyed with anything I asked. He didn’t shape the nails how I asked. He left them thick and flared out at the ends. Lien had to fix them and It’s only been 1 week since I’ve had these nails and it looks like I’ve had them for a month. To much for the awful service I received.

The customer service here is awful. I used to go all the time because I thought it would be better but it just got worse so I stopped going. They are rude and if they don’t know you they don’t want to help you they will just let you sit there for a while. This one and the model nails around the corner are owned by the same people and the service sucks at both of them.

Sooo rude and unprofessional. Where do I begin this was the worst experience ever, the guy who did my nails had the worst attitude. I wanted my nails short, round and with a pink clear top coat so simple, first he was like «no get long nails is better» «ok round nails cost 10 dalla mo» WTF no they dont, after back and forth debating with him he finally said «oooh oval nails i no charge you, you don’t know what you talking about honey» REALLY?! This fool was trying to overcharge me the entire time. I should have got up right then and there and left but I didn’t. Finally when I ask for the clear pink top coat he told me he didn’t have any and that I should get solar nails which he told me was $ 45 which later on when I walked out and looked at the sign solar nails are $ 25! So the entire time while he was doing my nails I had to constantly ask him about the clear pink nail polish which he kept saying he didn’t have… Finally after asking him about 20 times, low and behold the douchebag grabs the clear pink nail polish from under his table… ugh…so I was like «I thought you said you didn’t have it «and he’s like «no honey this is called something else» omg this guy is horrible! So when he’s painting my nails I’m like «that’s perfect that’s exactly what I wanted «and he’s like «no solar would have been perfect» and I’m like «no not for that price»… I paid my $ 20 and got the hell out of there, and to top it off all my nails were crooked and all of them were mismatched… I have no idea why people come to this horrible place

Had planned on a mani and a pedi. when I saw how bad the pedicure was I canceled the manicure. Paid for the pedicure and left. .I’ll never go back there again

He was slow it was loud and hot and very disappointed in how my nails came out they kept speaking their language annoying I said round he did them squared

LOVE this place. Very inexpensive & great quality ! Was a wait but well worth it. Heard about this place on Instagram. Since I am always in the bishop arts area figured I would try them out. Now my new home for mani and pedi.
