While visiting a friend who lives in these apartments, I learned that the planes landing at Love Field airport fly directly over the complex during the plane’s final approach so during the day you’re liking to hear a plane flying by every minute & a half or so. My friend’s apartment is a decent size for the amount of money he pays for rent. The tenants are predominately Hispanic. The amount of visitor parking spaces is absolutely pathetic & some of them are not clearly marked. Towing is heavily enforced so if you do decide to live here, make sure that you let your visitors know this!
