Mark Dittrich, Store Manager, was exceptionally helpful in my selection of a checkable piece of luggage for my international travel. With his guidance I confidently selected a Briggs and Riley Base Line. BTW the price is about 1⁄3 less than Tumi (and the same in store as online based on my research) with a better warranty. It’s for the bags lifetime covering baggage-​handler damage as well as product failure.

I had been roaming from store to store that didn’t have much diversity in it’s selection… all the bags I wanted to look at were in the $ 695 before sale range. I needed a garment bag specifically that would hold up in travel with dry cleaned clothes… harder then it may sound.
I walked in and out within minutes because the more seasoned gentlemen was extremely knowledgeable. He seemed to be training the younger man and really know his merchandise… what a lost art in customer service… knowing the product.
Within seconds I had 3 choices in front of me, all very nice bags… but I opted for the brand I knew best, which also happened to be the least expensive. $ 310 with tax and I was out the door rolling that bag down the Galleria hallway. Whatever you need, I think you’ll find it here without much trouble AND there is a price for all of our budgets.
