I spent the second half of 2015 listening to speakers nearly everywhere in Dallas. Lucky for me I started at Audio Concepts, with John Warwick, and that’s where I finished several months later. The foundation of their excellence is the superiority of their products. The sell the best electronics and speakers you can buy, a subjective statement, to be sure, but nobody can argue that Wilson and Audio Research and Rega and ProAc and McIntosh aren’t elite brands in high-​end audio.
Their next advantage, almost as important, is outstanding customer service at every step. When John first played speakers and an integrated amp for me, he answered an endless series of questions with patience and clear expertise. I visited two more times before I made a decision, all the while testing speakers and amplifiers around the metroplex. I never met another audio pro in Dallas who matched John’s breadth of knowledge and experience, combined with sincere enthusiasm for his products. This was a no-​pressure sales approach that worked like a charm; John was content to remain in contact via email, my preference, without a single unsolicited phone call to tell me about this discount or that price reduction. When I did call, John either came to the phone instantly or returned the call in an hour or less.
When I finally handed over my credit card for new speakers and electronics, the delivery and setup in my home went flawlessly, all handled by John as well, and the system sounds incredible. He spent six hours with my room, connecting components and adjusting the speakers to sound amazing (even as they ‘break in’) in a challenging room.
These things aren’t toys. Before I made my decision, I considered how a relationship with experts like John and his colleagues at Audio Concepts would prove invaluable when time comes for an upgrade or to add or trade components. John knows my system, the room, and my particular tastes in music and musical reproduction. In a few weeks, I intend to ask him about turntables and cartridges, and I have no doubt his ideas will be outstanding. After a few visits to listen, I’ll have vinyl spinning happily into the new year.

Great guy, great place. He took his time with me thou I didnt have the cash to buy. I will be back to buy from him. Oh, its a 4 hour drive for me to get there. Nuff said!
