They showed up on time but when they couldn’t fix my dishwasher and needed to order a part they tried to charge me $ 500. I unfortunately paid for half but they did not come back to deliver the part or fix my dishwasher nor did they answer my repeated calls. They should not be in business.

They replaced my Samsung Ice Maker. I was impressed with their friendly and prompt service. I paid exactly what they quoted me. They didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. While the part was expensive, I would definitely use them again.
