I’ve been to Strat one time and it’s definitely the first of many!
Firstly, I’m new to uptown having a convenient parking garage right off cedar springs was a plus.
I’m 23 and have been playing sports since I was eight, always been active. I use a foam roller but with lifting, being on my feet all day and sports I have serious neck/​back pain. He made me feel comfortable and really focused on where I needed work while not Being afraid to get in there. Plenty people who’ve given me a deep tissue massage detect the knot but don’t really try to get it or see how much pressure I can handle.
Definitely scheduling a 90 minute next time!
I used to spend 200 $/​mo for a sports chiropractor for 180 minutes and Strat just blows that out of water in the quality of work and care. Very excited for the weeks to come and for my back to feel better with mutual efforts.
