Without a doubt the WORST customer service I have ever received. I love Ann Taylor, and when I find the perfect article of clothing that’s worth it, I’m willing to spend the money on it. With that said, my visit to this location tonight was terrible. The indian sales woman who helped me(if we can even call it that) was rude, inconsiderate, and wasted my time. There wasn’t a manager there, but if there was, I would have liked to talk to them. Her behaviour towards me was downright disgusting. I stopped by to make a quick return — I wanted to return a dress I purchased, that I decided I didnt love as much as I originally thought. When I asked to return the item(with tags, unworn, with a receipt), she suggested I take a look around because there was a 60% off going on. Fine, I obliged, because who doesn’t love a good sale? I had issues with finding my sizes, and she offered no assistance. Finally after trying on a few pieces that unfortunately did not work, I decided to give up for the evening and make the return, as I originally intended. There was one woman in front of me purchasing something. She paid wirh a card, and when I stepped up to the counter, the same salesperson ignored me and walked away. I couldn’t believe it. She finally came back –i told her I didn’t find anything so I’d like to go ahead with the return. She then tells me that they cannot do returns because the system is slow and online and down. Hogwash. I inquired how the system could be down when the woman in front of me used her card to make an online purchase. She insisted it was slow/down, and I could come back tomorrow morning to return it. By this time I was appalled with the customer service and her behaviour towards me. Furthermore she even suggested I could leave the item and receipt there, and come back in the morning, to which my response was«absolutely not». I can’t imagine that this is a documented business process of Ann Taylor, and if it is, I advise it be reviewed. I have a gut feeling if I left the merchandise there overnight, it wouldn’t be there in the morning, and I would be out $ 120. I don’t live close to this location, I just happened to stop by since I was in the area. I left, letting her know that I will visit another store, and would never leave my merchandise with her overnight, and I was very unhappy with my visit to the location. She said that’s fine and walked away. This is absolutely unacceptable. This woman wasted my time, significantly inconvenienced me, and because of the customer service I received, Ann Taylor has lost a customer. I intend to visit another location tomorrow, make the return as I originally wanted, and never return to Ann Taylor in the future. It doesn’t matter how nice, or high quality your clothes are, they aren’t worth a penny of mine if your salespeople treat me like shit when I visit your stores. Additionally, I will be sending am email to corporate to let them know my feelings towards this. –Appalled, unsatisfied EX-Ann Taylor Customer

Very friendly sales ladies and a very neat and clean store. I came at 10am right after they opened, and was helped by a very friendly and knowledgeable lady. I prefer to shop without help, and she was kind enough to check in periodically and set my items in a fitting room while I continued to shop. The fitting rooms were big and clean, with lots of places to hang clothing and purses. I hate having to set my purse and clothing on the floor, and thankfully I didn’t have that dilemma. This location also had a large sale selection in the back, seperated out by size and color to make shopping easy. It’s always nice to find a great top at a great price. Bonus points: the day I came they were having a huge sale– 50% off all tops, 40% off cardigans, 40% off shorts and skirts. It’s hard to beat shopping at a nice place and getting items on sale!
