on Monday morning my car wouldn’t start and I had no idea that the problem was. got it towed and the shop said it was just the battery and should be done by the afternoon. never got a call back and the following day they said they have to update the computer in my car to go with the new battery??? no way! the car still wont start and they have no idea how to fix it. i do a simple google search and let them know what i found out on Tuesday and they are positive it is not the problem. no no luck with finding out what the actual problem is. On Wednesday afternoon they finally find out what the «problem» is and low and behold it is the same thing i mentioned on Monday morning. The show assures me that they have already ordered the part and that it will be in first thing in the morning, and i will be able to pick up my car on Christmas eve. this is after i tell them that i can simply take my car to the dealership and get it done in time if they can not get it back running. the morning of Christmas eve comes and the show calls me at 10:00 am to tell me that they can not get the part because it is about of the ignition switch which is tied to the anti-​thief device. Now am i frantically trying to get my car to the dealership before they close to do 1 hr of labor to fix the entire problem with in fact if the store owner «Rick» was upfront and honest he would have told me he couldn’t get the parts and i could have had it towed the night before so that it could have all been completed in time for Christmas.
