Allied Stone Dallas – Luxury Countertops

I didn’t have a very big project (an outdoor tabletop) and was really excited to look at Allied’s showroom after seeing their beyond-​unique samples on their website. Husband and I are never interested in the typical materials that everyone else has; and I knew in my gut that Allied Stone was the answer. My next concern was my small table project. Would they turn me away for lack of quantity? Would they poo-​poo me as just another old lady who couldn’t make up her mind? Would they be so expensive that I would be the one to walk away? Cliff was assigned to be my sales rep, and he was brilliant. He was very knowledgable and even indulged my fantasies with using their gemstone slabs. He asked the right questions of what I envisioned. He listened and gave me all the time I needed. At the end he guided me to a gorgeous black granite with large blue/​green/​peacock flecks. The entire project from meet-&-greet to install went flawlessly even with a last-​minute cutting change. Installation team was on time, professional, respectful & happy. So hubby and I now have one incredible, one-​of-​a-​kind outdoor dining table; and the cost was less than typical stuff we found at a nice outdoor furniture place. Communication and aftercare is excellent. I will definitely be back when we need something else. Certainly I will recommend them.

Lynn DeLeon was so responsive and professional! I was referred to her, and Allied Stone, by a dear friend that uses them for every home-​building project… I see why! She made great suggestions, and the entire team were incredibly helpful and nice. If you want to upgrade your counters, you should definitely contact them!

I have just completed my second order with Allied Stone and I can’t say enough good things about this company. My salesman, Jason, is so accommodating and both he and this company have gone out of their way to make sure our installs are done timely and at our convenience.
The first order with them was a gorgeous white quartz countertop for our kitchen island but when the guys came out to install, we quickly realized that our decades-​old island would never hold the weight. Instead of throwing up their hands and walking away, they spent time with my husband explaining what kind of island would work best to hold that weight. We had to buy a new (and much needed) island and their company came out a second time, free of charge, to finish the install.
When we decided to renovate the master bath, we knew we wanted Allied Stone to install the countertops. Jason, bless his heart, endured every annoying email I threw at him. He responded promptly and usually had any solution to whatever problem I envisioned. Plus, he was nice enough to cut not one, not two, not four but six samples for me take home! This made planning the layout of the new bathroom so much easier. We have two more bathrooms and the rest of the kitchen to do and you can bet we will be going with Allied for those projects.
Their selections are some of the most beautiful and unique stone I have ever seen. They are also wonderful about working with you on a time to come out to measure and do installation.

Had really high hopes because our sales person, the showroom and the website all seemed great. However, Jason (our sales guy) didn’t know that the quartz we ordered only came in 2 cm (we expected 3cm) and had to return one piece to have the edge laminated on so it wouldn’t look cheap. It has taken over 2 weeks (which caused my project to come to a halt) and I still don’t have my counter top. At the time of the first delivery, the driver ran over and crushed my neighbor’s stone fence, which I have to fix. He also laughed at another neighbor that saw them.
Today, my fixed counter was supposed to be delivered «some time after 12:30.» At 2 pm I emailed without response and at 4:30 I called them and was told it wouldn’t be today after all. The girl asked what time tomorrow would work and I said, «8:00 am.» Then she laughed and said, «I don’t even get here until 8:30 or 9.» Bottom line, FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!! We have another $ 10K in kitchen counters to do (and they knew this) and we will go elsewhere.
No laughing matter!!!

We looked everywhere for our granite for a over a year. And we looked often to view new shipments that had arrived. We visited the large granite warehouses such as IMC and Stone Channel as well as a number of smaller ones too.
Then we happened to run across the much smaller Allied Stone that lived up to the saying «good things come in small packages.» We were surprised when we came in to see such a wonderful showroom and we enjoyed the personal attention of their one-​to-​one consultative sales approach.
At Allied Stone we found the most unique variety of super custom granite, marble and onyx inventory anywhere in the Dallas market. And, when we saw our slabs we knew immediately that our quest was over.
Later we found out that the reason they have such a great selection is because they have buyers that travel the world to select only the finest, most rare and unique inventory.
Plus, we found the staff extremely friendly and helpful… and kind. They even held our slabs for us for an extended period of time while we designed and manufactured a center island for our kitchen. We also found the pricing to be very fair and reasonable for what we received.
