Adjust is conveniently located across the street from where I work. I was referred to Adjust by two colleagues who have used their services for back issues. (One of those colleagues had been on medication for his back pain, which he no longer needs since treatment by the Adjust team.)
I was having sharp back pains that I believe was from bad posture while sitting at a desk for work and/or from carrying my two young children around a lot. After a few X-rays, it was identified that I was developing bone spurs in my neck and that the curve in my spinal column was outside the normal range, which meant that my spinal cord my be under tension.
I’m undergoing PT with a weekly adjustment and have not been experiencing the shooting pain as often. Dr. Austin and Jessica are very professional while being easygoing and attentive at the same time, which makes for a great «bedside» manner.
I’d definitely recommend them to anyone seeking out chiropractic services.

Chiropractic works miracles, if you go to the right place. I have been seeing a chiropractor since I was very young due to back pain. But it wasn’t until I went to Dr. Austin that I started feeling real results. He diagnosed me with forward head posture, which completely explains the discomfort I’ve been feeling for so long. He takes time, explains everything in detail, and truly cares about his patients. As of now, my mom, sister, nephew, and I all see Dr. Austin regularly for adjustments. Highly recommended! :)

Dr. Austin is hands down the best Chiropractor I’ve been to. I went from debilitating back pain to almost none at all in the first week of visiting and it’s only gotten better from there. Dr. Austin will go above and beyond in every sense of the phrase to help his patients and deserves every bit of positive recognition in any other review. Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking help with their back or just to feel better in general.
