Wish I could give 0 stars. Sad that the owners don’t feel the need to provide proper customer service. Friend rented a storage unit, and was to be out on the 31st. On any other day, the gate was accessible through 9PM.
We showed up at 6:10 PM– her gate accessed was denied– so we drove up to the front, as the owners were locking up.
The owners were very rude and would not provide a way for us to retrieve her belongings, even though they live on site and would need to literally turn on a computer. We had driven 30 minutes with multiple cars to close out her time there. She was told she could come back tomorrow and pay extra money because they weren’t willing to let her in after 6…
It would be a different story if she had been told up front that on the last day, her code would expire at 6 as opposed to 9.
Would not recommend. You’d think customer service would be a higher priority.
