Avoid at all cost. I found out they wanna charge me 5 times the regular price just to install my new lock. They also charge you a most expensive service call fee in town if you do not agree with the price. They even become angry to you if you don’t want the sky price service. Most horrible customer experience life time！

Horrible place. I call to ask if they can make a replacement key for my car and their employee says no, so I just asked «how come? And do you know of a place that does?» He rudely says «no bitch» and hangs up.
DO NOT EVER USE THIS PLACE IF THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS

I’m sure not all the guys at A-​1 are complete a**holes, but the guy that helped me (or didn’t help me, I should say), was cocky and unfriendly and obviously has never heard of the words «customer service.» Not only was he unable to fix my problem, he didn’t offer any explanation or alternative solution, which makes me think he was just incompetent and couldn’t admit that he just couldn’t do the job. Very high on my «DO NOT RECOMMEND» list.

I was locked out of my house. The technician who came, technician 203, Mike Horton, was very professional, fast, and asked for my ID and showed me his credentials right away. The price was flat rate with no tricks. I was really pleased with this service.

I was utterly impressed with their skill! I needed my safe opened and they were able to open it in under 5 minutes. They then made me a new key and only charged $ 25. They were wonderfully friendly and personable gentlemen. If you ever need anything opened, go here! I will definitely return if I lose my key again.
