This place is cool. It’s got all the essentials I wouldn’t buy produce there. I’ve never done it but some stuff is just too cheap. I wouldn’t take that gamble. The lines can get pretty long and their aren’t enough cashiers for the lines too. But it gets the job done

Poor service. You ask where something is & they just point without looking up. Long lines. In the past, they always sold rotten food, BUT they’ve improved. The food was decent today, almost as fresh as Aldi. Normally, nothing organic nor fancy & foreign, unlike Aldi’s next door. However, Aldi’s is 95% food while 99 Cent Only is about 20% food. The other 80% is what I would call«General Store» stuff. They mainly carry overstocks & closeouts, so if you spot a bargain, snap it up because you will never see it again. The tally is 2 stars, but I gave them an extra star for value because they are so inexpensive

This store is freezing cold in the winter and always FILTHY. The staff are nice though and there are good deals to be found. Many of the products are below dollar store quality but there are a few good finds here.

I’m not expecting much from a dollar store. I just expect 3 things: 1– nice helpful people. I expect that everywhere. Not the case here. 2– items that are a dollar. No more, no less. That’s not how it works here. It’s confusing if it’s the«99cent» store and ¼ of the stuff isn’t a dollar! So it was 99 cents unless marked otherwise. Balloons — 99 cents… Plus 49 cents for helium. And totally NOT marked as such. That’s the price at party city! Expensive balloons!(Dollar tree balloons with helium is a dollar even.) seriously?! 3– I expect decent organization. I’m not expecting a beautiful store. This store — very messy and dirty. Bananas all going bad, piles of stuff, just not organized and nicely presented. Why 2 stars? They had the items I was looking for and a decent selection. Balloons already made. Convenient location. But I will stick with my other fav dollar store.
