I love living here. I am moving into my 3rd unit in 18 months. I think I finally found the perfect layout for me, the baby, and the dog. We love the Downtown atmosphere and this is the best price per square foot in Downtown.

The 1900 Elm is an historic building with an open courtyard above the second floor.
It was designed and built in 1929 in a renaissance revival style, with interior art deco accents, matching any early 20th century classic Chicago building and fit for a Gotham Batman set with its austere empty metal flag poles adorning each entrance.
Originally the Titches Goettinger Department store and now apartments, that features art in the old department store windows. My friend pointed out that his mother said there used to be perfume fountains located just inside each door, so you could anoint yourself upon entering like a capitalistic holy water.
Café slated to open soon inside.
