Something Special

I try to visit Something Special every time I go to Daingerfield to visit the ‘rents and sister. Janice has created a shopping experience in Daingerfield that is quaint and charming. Going into her shop is a step back into the past for me. She also has a Clearance Shop that is only open on Friday and Saturday (I think) that houses the items that she has not sold over the years. I collect Barbie — and have bought a few from the shop over the years. The Clearance Shop sells everything for at least 50% off — so it is fun to browse through and see what you can find there. She has a lot of the old Hallmark ornaments, Beanies, and who knows what else? It is worth a trip to Daingerfield to visit her shops.
