I took a $ 75 Tommy Hilfiger shirt in and they pulled the button-​down button right off, and tore the front of the shirt on the machines. When I brought it in (having been a customer for months) I was told I had to present the original receipt for the shirt, and that it must be the original or it would not be reimbursed. Of course, I had not saved the receipt when I had purchased the shirt several months before (do you?). I said I would see them in small Claims court. That afternoon the sheriff showed up with a restraining order prohibiting me from going within 500 feet of them or their facility. They have no worry. I love the other cleaners… see my review!
