The layout of this Starbucks is great, tons of segregated spaces and plug ins for studying. There is a ton of space, more than most Starbucks, it wasn’t cramped, which I loved. HOWEVER, the customer service was short with me, and I ordered the bacon gouda sandwich and HALF my sandwich ciabatta bun was so rock hard I couldn’t even bit into it. It is a good space/​ambiance but their staff and food were appalling.

Happy coffee drinker this morning.
Unilocal had this listed as open at 7am, but when I got there, the sign said 7:30 AM. None the less, the barista open the door and got me two large coffees to go without having to wait.
Super friendly and with a smile. What’s not to like?
Three stars for the coffee, an extra bonus star for the good service.

Starbucks is a consistent destination for me through the week, and the reason is consistently good coffee, professional service, and a comfortable environment. Well, this particular Starbucks has not performed well in any of these categories: the coffee is not consistent, the baristas seem to be unconcerned college students, and the environment varies quickly from loud to quiet due to it being in a study hall of sorts. The seating arrangement seems to be off as well compared to a good typical Starbucks. I hope somebody steps in and saves this place before it becomes a ghost town.
Please fix this Starbucks!
