Pizza Hut

Never had a huge problem with them. They can be slow on the service so I stopped dining in and go delivery where they seem to be faster. Crew is ok but place is dated and service is a little bit slow.

Pretty good service in the two times I’ve been here once I dined in and the other I placed an online order. The dine in service was slow, but only one girl was working with at least 5 or 6 tables so I can’t complain too much. The online order I placed was ready before it said it would be and everything was correct. I like that they have the sit down option here so you aren’t forced to take your food to go.

Ordered pizza a few weeks ago for carry out… huge wait to even pay, when I finally got my order they were missing my bread sticks so we had to wait even longer. My pizza was missing the BBQ DRIZZLE and when I got my bread sticks they tried to charge me again. My breadsticks were cold so apparently we didn’t wait for fresh ones. The only redeeming quality of this experience was I wrote a complaint and pizza Hut sent a me a few coupons. I drive further for pizza Hut than I do for Papa Johns which I’d rather eat, but pizza huts stuff crust is something my husband craves.

Over the 2013 holidays I dined inside with my wife and in-​laws. My wife and I ordered the meat lovers with added pineapple. The in-​laws ordered a white sauce pizza with half pineapple-​ham & half green peppers-​tomatoes. When our pizzas came out, we got a meat lovers with extra pepperoni and a white pizza with half green peppers and pepperoni and the other half with ham. No pineapple or tomato in sight. When we brought it to their attention the remade the pizza with no complaints. Though, the next morning My wife and I suffered from food poisoning. I haven’t been able to even look at pizza since.
The service was slow, but friendly. It seemed like our waitress was holding the rest of the crew together. Sad to say, but I wouldn’t eat there again even if it was the last pizza place in town.

Placed an order online, was given a delivery time of 45 minutes. 45 minutes came and went, I called the restaurant and they told me it was on its way. 30 minutes passed. I called again and they could not even find my order. Bunch of idiots.
