Went there on Tuesday 12÷23÷14 at 11:30 AM. I ordered the country fried steak and my friend ordered the burger.
The burger was tasty. The country fired steak wasn’t quite what I was looking for. It seemed like a breaded hamburger patty. I was looking for a Swiss steak cut of meat. It’s billed as one of their best sellers but I’m not sure why. Gravy was good. Fries were also good, a good portion with the hamburger, not so much with the steak.
I looked at other diners and the chopped steak looked very tempting along with rice and gravy.
This definitely is a locals joint and it was packed at noon. The facilities are worn but acceptably clean. I will certainly try it again and test some other dishes.

Looking for a good little country hole in the wall?! If so, you must check this place out. They serve up one mean breakfast and everything is great!
Be sure to take some cash because they don’t take debit or credit. That’s how you know the food is good. It’s always packed and they close early.

Basic country fare, at a very good price. Roast beef sandwich just bread and roast beef, but with heaping helping of good mashed potatoes and very good slaw, good white gravy. With drink under $ 10. Close at 1:30 pm for lunch, reopen for supper. Good crowd for lunch.
Recommendations: bring cash, they do not take credit or debit cards.

Cute little hole in the wall. Prices are super cheap and servings are filling! Some friends from the area took me here for breakfast and we all enjoyed it. The pancakes are massive!

I love eating breakfast here. Great food, great prices, and very friendly staff. We haven’t been here for lunch but I’m sure it’s just as good.
