I had a tanzanite stone that needed to be reset, they brought in a sample band first, and the setting head to show, and it turned out beautiful! Within a weeks time, I have an absolutely gorgeous ring, that I love! Everyone there, from Scott, Wendy, Alex, and Gary were amazing folks to deal with:-). What a joy to work with such a caring crew!!! I will go back when I need new treasures:-}}}. Sandy Z
