Since it’s a buffet I tried to sample as much as I could to provide a thorough review. To start with this restaurant was converted into a buffet from a Village Inn. The restaurant was moderately clean. The buffet area was well kept. Keep in mind I went for lunch so a dinner experience might be different. The food was just okay. There was nothing special except for the fact that they had a nice looking roast available for carving. However, no one was around to carve it. I suppose I could have just asked but I was being lazy and felt someone should have been on the look out. The chicken and rice soup was very tasty. Alot of the food had been sitting a while for example the hush puppies were as hard as rocks and the bread was stale from sitting so long. The salad bar was really nice but again the croutons were stale. The food that I ate was good and I really had no other complaints. The baked spaghetti had me going back for seconds. Our waitress was very nice and always kept our drinks refilled which goes a long way with me. I think that this being a new restaurant there is some learning to be done, but I would give it another chance. Its around 10.00 dollars for lunch including a drink. For the price it was better than fast food and you can eat as much as you want. I wouldn’t take a guest here or someone I’m trying to impress but if I’m hungry and I don’t want to spend a ton I might stop in.
