We have been using this groomer for some time now. Always had a funny feeling. Today when we were dropping the dogs off my elderly mother in law was yelled at and told that she had «too many requests» with respect to how our 16 pound dogs are groomed. Very rude. Very unprofessional. We will never be back and we will spread the word. Cannot believe she made an elderly dog owner cry because she wanted a little more hair taken off the eyes. Ridiculous.
