I love Zaxby’s, but I will not be returning to this location. The cashier began having a conversation with a coworker in the middle of my order (I was interrupted midsentence).
When I received my food, I was told they were out of fries and they gave me an extra piece of toast to compensate. The fries were cold and stale, along with the chicken. This could have been overlooked if the restaurant was more busy

I’ve been a big supporter of Zaxbys but not coming back to this location again. Last several times here waiting is crazy today took 18 min after I ordered. I always get the same salad and it’s never made the same at this location. Cashier said they are really busy and kitchen can’t keep up. I should have gone to Chic Fa again.

The wings are so small and the prices go up. I believe the prices are so higher because they use celebrities in their advertisements and someone has to pay for it. Other then that, the food is good.

I come here for lunch on occasion because it is never busy, the service is good and the food is fresh. Most Zaxby’s locations are a zoo at lunch time but not this one. This is great for me but bad for the owner. Love me some Zaxby’s!
