This company IS THE WRONG CHOICE AND they are a RIPP OFF! …A SCAM!!! BEWARE!
I did not choose this company, the company I chose was (BUDGET HVAC) who outsourced to these guys, BUDGET HVAC was part of the scam, the RIPP OFF.
The job was suppose to be a 2 day job which turned into a month. They were to install a 4 ton A/​C system. The person who was to do the work looked and acted as if he were on drugs, day one he had excuses as to why he was not going to be able to start the job on time the next day. This is a very long story so I am going to mention the highlights.
The owner, installer and helpers were all incompetent.
Installer used wiring for an electric hot water heater but my hot water heater was gas which blowed the fuse and fried the circuit board. He cut the gas off to my hot water heater both at the heater and outside my house, I found this out when I got in the shower the next morning and I had nothing but cold water. I had to go to my daugher house to take a shower for 4 days. I called and I called for 4 days begging someone to come out to cut my gas back on and light the pilot to the hot water heater, I received no help, so I hired another company to complete. believe me that was not the only reason but at this point I had enough. I paid the other company to complete the job and to fix all the screw up made by them.
Speaking of screw ups, I am still finding them! This was a nightmare!
Today, I found out just as the other person on this site did that they have placed a mechanic lien on my property. Really! I am looking forward to seeing them in court so I can get paid for the nightmare they put me through. I have receipts and pictures and a the professional witness from the company that completed the job!

Great company and great customer service. I found this team on Craigslist to replace a stolen heating and air system from one of my rentals.
They were the least expensive team I found in the Atlanta metro area and i looked long and hard.
Rodney provided a great quote and the service team was out and installed the entire system in a day. The system was great quality and the workmanship was great too.
This will be my first choice for any HVAC needs in the future.

Our blower went out during what has been called «Snowmagedeon» where the school systems have been closed for now 3 days! I say that to say the we did not have heat and we tried to call several companies around 3pm to come see us. We called a company that we have used previously and they said they would come and BTW doubled their rate; however 2 hours later they said they could not make it to our subdivision. We called several other places and no one could make except RIGHT NOW! They did not make any promises when they could be here, but they did come. It was getting dark and we did not think anyone would come and we resorted that we just would not have heat and Kyle called and said he was on his way. He showed up around 8pm, and told us we could repair our 20 year old furnace, but we should also replace it. He provided us a quote and told us about specials. He answered all of our questions and stated that someone could install the furnace the next day if the supply house was open. I did call them first thing in the morning, and we did get in touch with them and they let us know that they were getting clearance to drive and ultimately they were picking up our furnace and would be on the way. Two technicians worked on our furnace from approx 3pm to 7pm. Kyle and Shawn were very professional and we did have heat that night! They came back the next day quickly put in a missing part that was the wrong size, and I paid them the remaining balance. They even showed us how to replace filters now since it was different than before. They saved the day, and we are going to recommend them and continue to use them from now on.
