Menchies Frozen Yogurt

Poorly run. Employees all seem to be high school age which is fine if they care but when we went the employees were all in the back and only came out a couple of times.
several yogurt flavors were unavailable and the employees didn’t correct them when we asked.
the general state of the business was dirty. all he tables, floors, sample cups, etc were a mess.
I totally blame the lack of concern from the employees. while we were there several people came in and helped themselves and just left. pretty sure free yogurt wasn’t a promotion going on.
again, the employees were always in the back…

My kids and I enjoy coming to this location. On a nice day, we can enjoy our treat sitting outside the store.

So I really enjoy menchies frozen yogurt, however I had a bad experience at this location. The toppings were old and tasted like they had gone bad. The frozen yogurt flavors did not taste like what they were supposed to. Will have to give it another chance one day

It is just an ok place. The frozen yogurt is good but i do not like that particular location. My daughter likes it. So I feel I have no choice but to come over and over. However, if it is up to me I will not go there again. One of the times that we were there, we found rotten strawberries in the topping self serving sections. The rotten strawberries incident made me concerned about their hygiene and cleanness. If they did not see rotten strawberries what else did they not see?

This will be short and sweet!
Where else can you go and have a 6’4″ 275+lb guy hand you change and say «Have a Smiley Day»!
Where else can you get Cake-​batter Yogurt! That has been flavored perfectly.

What I like about these places is the fact of self serve. It is good when you are on portion control as I am.
Nice addition to Kroger Plaza.

I think they put crack in this stuff, because we are definitely addicted! My kids love it and they always allow free samples so you know what you are getting. They have a variety of flavors, my favorites being Red Velvet and Cake Batter swirled and Mud pie. The only flavors I don’t like are the Original & Blueberry Tart. It’s so sour I had to spit it out. For an additional dollar, you can have it in a waffle cone bowl. There are a ton of toppings from sprinkles, chocolates, cookie dough, cheese cake & brownie bites, gummies, to fresh fruits, and syrups. They also have space for birthday parties and smiley cards where you earn points for every purchase. As they always say, «have a smiley day!»
