McDonald’s

The staff are friendly. My main issue with this particular branch is the food quality. I really do not like «cold» fries. I went on New Year’s Eve and was given cold fries and many times they didn’t listen carefully and messed up our «customized» order. My son loves their Happy Meal. But couple times, I’ve said it’s for a boy and he ended up with a girl toy, lol. :(My son was so disappointed when he found the toy. The playground instead is huge and it’s fun. for the most part, it’s okay, nothing extraordinary about it.

Ordered breakfast here. Typical McDonald’s breakfast that was received hot and accurate. Please the men’s bathroom which was filthy: trash overflowing, trash on the floor, water and urine on the floor, deteriorating infrastructure. Limited parking for the facility itself unless you use surrounding mall parking. Facility looks fairly new but has not been taken care of.

How can u mess up a McDonald’s order? I consistently get poor food quality from this location.

This McDonalds is dirty. The service is sub par, I write this over a series of visits so this is not a Bad day report. This is a management issue. It is located at one very nice location. Hamilton mill. Your food is thrown together. And your facility is physically dirty. Just the opposite of the Burger King. Which is clean, the food is assembled like the pictures and fresh. They Care about their customers.

I usually DONT waste my time reviewing fast food chains like McDonald’s etc because I rarely visit them!!! This particular night of 6÷19÷2014. I had a sweet tooth and ordered a peach cream pie! $ 1.48
The PEACH CREAM PIE came in a APPLE PIE box and it WAS ICED COLD! I asked if it was heated and THE MANAGER FOR THE NIGHT (no name tag)(long black pontail) Told me it was heated!
I opened the box then pulled it out while touching it and said THIS IS ICE COLD he said sorry about that… and I just drove off slowly wanting to do more but brought my Anger to Unilocal!
This McDonald’s is full of BS!!! Manager description Mr. No name tag with long black ponytail You suck! Ps. No I didn’t eat the pie my craving left after that plus Why was a cream peach pie in a Apple pie box beats the hell out of me!!! Damn you mickie d‘s!

The play place is high but it’s right under the ceiling vents so it’s very hot and smelly inside. Sanitary hand wipes dispenser is empty.

I have been stopping at this McDonalds for years on my way to Alabama and back. Nothing really special until today. I ordered two sausage mcmuffin with eggs for the kids. After starting back up I85 N I realized we had ham instead of sausage. I googled their number and spoke with the manager. She told if I couldn’t come back to stop at the next McDonalds 3 exits up and she would have them to have my sandwiches waiting.
Now I know most would say they deserve bad marks for screwing up the order, and not having a receipt in the bag with a contact number, BUT…
I was IMPRESSED with the way the manager handled the error. She apologized profusely and thought outside of the box to solve my problem. THAT will get me to continue stopping there. To that young lady… thank you for restoring my faith in customer service!

Shoot, I asked for two southern style chicken biscuits and only got one. Paid for one. Shoulda checked the order screen. I really wanted that second southern style chicken biscuit. Until the heartburn kicked in…

My family and I visit this McDonald’s occasionally for breakfast on Saturdays. Although it’s the closest one to our house, unfortunately it is one of the worst McDonald’s we have been to.
One employee in particular, who is an older gentleman, tends to irk us most of the time. He comes over to our table (along with everyone else’s) and tells us not to worry about throwing away our trash because he will do it for us. He tells us just to leave our trash on the table. Don’t get me wrong — this is super sweet and kind of him. The thing that bothers us, however, is the fact that he SPITS when he talks. When he comes over to our table to tell us to leave our trash, his SPIT tends to spray everywhere. So whenever we see him walking over, we quickly try to cover up our food. Ugh.
When I went this afternoon for a vanilla iced latte, service was SUUUUUPER sloooooooow. Wow. There seemed to be plenty of staff in the back, but it looked as if one cashier in particular kept messing up the orders. So I had to wait about 10 minutes for my coffee. Others who were also waiting for their food and drinks seemed very confused and bothered by the speed and accuracy of the service here.
Overall, this McDonald’s gets 2 stars for their slow, and at times, annoying service. Customers had left their trash at several tables, so my friend actually threw someone else’s trash away so that we could sit. I guess that older gentleman only works in the morning, and no one else seemed to be cleaning up after he leaves. I will probably be back just because it’s closest to my house, but I’ll try to stick with drive-​thru from now on.
