Dr Fry is very thorough, kind and passionate about the service she offers. My wife Creighton is there patient and she can’t stop saying how great the staff and dr’s are. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for there services!

I was very pleased with my experience here. Dr. Pugh was very friendly and professional and put me at ease. It took him 30 min. to do my root canal and I didn’t have any pain. The staff was also very friendly and professional. I highly recommend!

They gave me a quote after checking with my dental insurance plan. I was new with the plan and didn’t realize there was a waiting period for the procedure. They received a fax from insurance co. with coverage info, and it clearly stated there was a waiting period. Either deliberately or by mistake, they did not communicate this and gave me a quote that assumed insurance would cover 60%. After the procedure, was hit with the bill for the remainder.
Talked to billing person, who consulted with Dr. Pugh. They absolutely refused to budge or negotiate the bill, and threatened collections. It is partly their fault for not catching the waiting period. I hope it is not standard practice for this office to catch their customers off guard like this. I can’t believe with the experience with insurance coverage letters they would miss something as simple as waiting periods!
