The equipment in the gym is good, but the people that work there are very disrespectful. I’ve been trying to get my account canceled for over a month now and they will not stop charging me. Please do not join!!!

Completely unprofessional! Nice gym with great class leaders, but continually poorly managed. Had a customer service issue and tried to get some help over the phone, but the manager hung up on me 3 times without me raising my voice or having any issue with her, just needed a question answered. Really be aware of your full contract before signing on with Gold’s. They will find all sorts of ways to get extra fees and money out of you with no service in return!

Just joined and all I can say is wow. Tons of equipment. Clean facility. Cardio cinema! (movie theater with eleptical area) plenty of free weights. Friendly staff. I can’t believe the monthly fee is Less than what I was paying at anytime fitness! Start here if you’re looking to work off the Xmas cookies.

Awesome facility! Clean and polite staff. Equipment is clean and kept up. Separate cardio area upstairs. I think this is probably the best I’ve been to in the Atlanta area.
