Discovery Point

All of the parents and staff were sent an email yesterday saying that the school will be closed permanently as of yesterday. There was no explanation as to why she gave no one any prior notice and has done it in such a heartless way. The people who work there really love these children and love their jobs it is so sad that it ended this way. Also monies were charged on many of the parents credit cards paying for the entire month of care or like us for a certain number of hours which will not get used. None of this money will be returned. Also all of my children’s belongings and precious artwork in the classrooms will remain in there she will not allow us to go get our things. We discussed the sadness on the Facebook page which she took down today and I hope she will be brought to justice and make things right which is what she should have done in the first place. After writing the email identifying the closing and leaving all the teachers jobless right before Christmas she ended her letter with Merry Christmas. This is a disgusting individual. My lawyer in New York sent a long email with many options and avenues to pursue with this if anyone would like me to forward it to them just send me your email. Thanks.

We are having a great experience with our son in the GA Pre-​K program at this Discovery Point. Mrs. A rocks and really cares about the children she teaches. My son will definitely be prepared for Kindergarten.
