Another great experience at Christian brothers. I’ve been to the one in Duluth and now this one. Very consistent. Great service, honest staff and a nicer waiting area than most repair shops.

This is a nice repair place also. I would say they’re reasonable, only if you have the money that is. They’ve got to the point where they send you text messages when its time for you to get serviced if you like. I would definitely go back there to get my truck serviced.

When I initially called the shop after my car alternator died I was told it could easily be done that day. After paying the tow truck and arriving at the shop I was then told it might take as long as two days. I wouldn’t have even bothered taking the car in if I had initially been told it would take up to two days. The next day I was called and informed of my diagnosis on the vehicle. $ 641 for a new alternator and battery. Highway robbery. I asked for the bill itemized and was told the alternator was going to cost $ 300 (labor not included). You cannot find a $ 300 dollar alternator because they do not exist. At MOST, an alternator should be around $ 150. I even called my car dealership and talked to parts and service and was told their alternators were $ 250. Also, they do not include the $ 97 diagnostic fee into the services rendered, which, is standard. Long story short, paying almost $ 650 and waiting two days for $ 250 worth of parts and an hour worth of labor is criminal. Never again.
