Worst customer service ever! I pulled up to the drive through tonight to place a late night dinner order at 9:40. The usual recording comes on «welcome to Burger King, can I take your order?» and immediately after is a real person, a woman, comes on asking me to wait a moment. Cool, no problem. SEVERAL minutes later(ATLEAST5) a very rude brash man busts through the speaker«what do you need!?». I was so tempted to ask him if I was inconveniencing him in some way, but I held my tongue and started placing my order. My family including myself is 5 people. Not unreasonably large in my opinion but requires at least 5 items right… not counting fries or a drink. Anyway, with each item I ordered the man seemed to get louder, ruder and snippier. When ordering a meal he’s asks«and drink?» To which I reply«do you have mountain dew?» A very condescending and loud«NO!» is his reply. Not a «we carry coke products» or «sorry no, what about.», it was strait up «NO!». OK then. The whole ordering transaction was rude and he gave me the impression that I was not welcome to order from there. After he tells me the total he goes on a long speech about how its was going to be ATLEAST10 minutes to prepare an order of this size and I was just going to have to be patient. I drove around to the window before he was even finished with his speech, lord know what else he was saying and I was heated by this point. Pulling up, there was no one ahead of me and no one behind. me… hmmm. A sweet enough looking girl opens the window to take my payment and before she could even take my card I was going off. Bless her heart. I asked her what the hours of operation were because obviously I was interrupting something they were trying to do and maybe it was close to closing time? She gave me nothing but a blank stare. I then went on to tell her about how RUDE the gentleman was taking my order and how he has the worst customer service I have eve dealt with in the service industry. Again, blank stares. She finally very sheepishly told me that they were all under a lot of stress, apologized and closed the window after taking my payment. While is was waiting the entire 10 expected minutes to get my food, I decided to Google their hours of operation because again, I was sure I was interrupting their closing procedure. That was the only rational explanation I could come up with as to why I was being treated this way. Nope, they close at 11, I pulled in at 9:40. This man was just plain old nasty rude for no reason at all that should pertain to his job performance. To top it all of, my order was wrong. Ugh!!! I give credit to the service industry, especially the food service industry. I myself am in customer service as my profession. People have bad days, I get that. I personally would NEVER treat a customer of mine the way that man treated me. I don’t care what kind of day I was having. I will not be returning to Dacula Burger King and my guess is that if they keep this man employed with them I won’t be the only one avoiding this branch. ***end rant***

Customer service here is exceptional. The food is as you’d expect from Burger King. The only reason I frequent it is because my kids request it. They do have the coke freestyle machine, which scores points with me. Fill out the survey on your receipt and you get a coupon code for a free whopper or original chicken sandwich.

This Bk Lounge is always clean. They usually have a health rating of 100 and the management is friendly and attentive. As far as Fast foor burger joints go, this one is good.

It’s Burger King. Quick fix if you’re in a hurry. There’s nothing extravagant about it. I’m surprised that I’m even doing a review except the fact that I’m the first and nothing more. I’m surprised Richard R didn’t do this one though I do know he doesn’t do fast food places too much. :-)
