Flies on the tables and employees standing around talking behind counter. Condiment bar was dirty and the food was old. Soggy fries and hard chicken nuggets. So disappointed this is in my neighborhood! !!

Absolutely disgusting. Tried Wendy’s fish sandwich instead of my usual Whataburger because it’s closer to my house. My order was ready before I even sat down which might sound like a good thing, but the fish itself was barely warm which tells me it wasn’t freshly prepared. Not what you want with fish. Not to mention my meal was $ 2 more than what I would’ve paid at Whataburger, and they would have even brought the food to me instead of mumbling across the restaurant that my order was ready. The grill in the back had 15+ patties already cooked and sitting on the grill for the next customer to come in which didn’t happen for at least 5+ minutes of me noticing that. The biggest problem is the interior of the restaurant. Water stains/MOLD! all over the ceiling tiles, walls, and floor. I had flies buzzing past me almost every minute. The booth seats are busted and torn and are covered in electrical tape to fix it. I feel like I’m going to come down with something just by breathing in the air at this place. If you’re thinking about stopping here do yourself a favor and keep driving. There’s a McDonalds and a Sonic not too far from the location and a Whataburger on Spring Cypress that’s not much further. The person who said«Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave» couldn’t be any more correct. Save your money and your health and go somewhere else.

So I had no issues with customer service here but we were the only people in the restaurant and for good reason. The place is DISGUSTING. There was water damage on literally every surface that I saw. Walls, paintings, floors, booths. The floor was greasy to walk on. I won’t even mention the bathroom. Dave Thomas would roll over in his grave if he knew…

What happened to Wendy’s? The service and quality isn’t what it used to be. Particularly at this location, no please or thank you from the cashier, I had to repeat my order to two different employees before they got it right. Btw, it was two items: jr. Cheeseburger and small sweet tea. The car behind us in the drive thru decided to leave before picking up their order because the wait was so long. The other fast food chains have a lot better service than Wendy’s.

First off, I usually like Wendys. My food at this particular one was no exception. Food was hot and the chicken sandwich was good. The cashier named Danielle was the only reason it didn’t get four stars. I am so sick of people who act like they are doing you a favor just to take your order. While waiting another customer even said to me what’s up with this cashier? Lots of make up and a semi pretty face does not make up for an abosute lack of showing the customer some kindness and affability. Nuf said.

I’m giving this Wendy’s store only 2 stars because of unfriendly service and warm(not hot and fresh) chicken nuggets. The clerk didn’t greet us, smile, or say thank you. A so-so experience…
