This Walgreens really needs to work on their customer service skills. The attitude and unfriendliness is just something they are very good at. They also all need to get on the same page when it comes to dos and don’ts. Hate it!

After many years of going to this pharmacy I had one of the worst experiences ever this weekend. After sitting in the drive through for over 20 minutes and hearing another customer argue with the cashier about having insurance when it was my turn the same thing happened. They said they ran my insurance and it didn’t go through. I asked for a Manager and they told me the same thing. After spending an hour on the phone with Express Scripts and trying to get my daughter’s prescription filled(before she went to camp for five weeks) I was advised by the Barker Cypress Walgreens that all they needed to do was change her profile. When I asked what happened the person said«Sorry I wasn’t here yesterday and I don’t know». Switching my prescriptions to CVS or HEB.

Does NOT have a 24 hour pharmacy in spite of the many signs on the building and elsewhere that say so. Got there after getting released from the ER to find this out. I was not happy.

This is the CLOSEST Walgreens to us, so I thought I’d go there. I’ve been here a few times and it has NOT been good. First time I went was to pick up a photo order I placed online. They were having a promotion and my brother & father also took advantage of the online promotion(mind you, we have DIFFERENT addresses). So while I was at the Walgreens, I thought I would pick up my brother’s & father’s order as well. The lady at Photo was REALLY Rude. First, she had to LOOK at my pictures and then ask if I had copyrights to them — she needed PROOF(told me I had to bring in my CD or the photo showing NO copyright infringement) — these were pictures of my kids that we had a CD from the picture place. SERIOUSLY!!! Then, she WOULDNOT let me pick up my brother or father’s prints because the promotion was 1 per household. I told her we don’t live in the same house, nor do we have the same address — it should show on the checkout slip they had printed online. She continued to then tell me that they would have to pick them up themselves. AREYOUKIDDING??? We even have the same last name! Needless to say, I’m NOT going back there EVER again for photos! Then today, I specifically made a trip(with my 3 kids in tow), but the item I wanted to purchase was NOT in stock(this isn’t the first time they’d advertise something and not have it in stock either). So I asked for a raincheck. The cashier was like«we should have some more tomorrow or the day after… just come back then.» So, are you going to GUARANTEE that if I come back tomorrow, you’ll have it in stock? Answer: No… just come and check. WHAT??? I’m not driving over here AGAIN tomorrow just to SEE if you have something in stock. He proceeds to call the manager to the front desk for my raincheck. 10 minutes pass. Is he coming??? Answer: he’s in the back with a customer, I don’t know how long he’ll be. Needless to say, I FINALLY left! TERRIBLE customer service!!! Would definitely stay away from at all costs in the future!
