Interesting beer selection and wonderful wines… food is delicious. Seating in or out, and the staff knows their product! Comfortable seating, live music at least Saturday. Outside television and fireplace. We really enjoy this place. Convenient, on Telge Road just north of 290. Plenty of parking.

Nope! Hubbs and I typically drink liquor as opposed to beer or wine, so this place likely wouldn’t have even been on our radar if it hadn’t been for a friend of ours having their birthday celebration here. This is a place that they frequent and apparently love, though I’m not real sure why. So first off, I just wanna give you a little tip! If you’re having a hard time finding this place, it is on the side of that ReMax office you keep passing(we didn’t actually have that problem, but we were all kinda perplexed by the fact that the two were attached — turns out, they’re both owned by the same person/people) Anyway, we arrive around 7:30 on a Saturday night and the place is packed. There were only two parking spots left when we got there. There’s lots of nice patio seating and there’s a jazz band playing inside this tiny little restaurant for some cool live music. It’s decorated nicely and everyone seems to be having a great time. Maybe this is a spot we could come back to… or Not! When we arrived, our friends had already begun the festivities with booze and had ordered tons of food for everyone to share. We made our rounds of hugging old friends and making introductions to new ones, etc. Then we found our spots and chitchatted with everyone while we waited for someone to take our drink order. We were there for quite a while before we were even acknowledged. In fact, we weren’t even acknowledged until we actually flagged our waitress down to place our drink orders. She seemed a little irritated or flustered or whatever, but eventually, we got our drinks. Then, as the food started coming out, the hostess of the birthday party noticed that there were some things that had not come out yet and she brought this to the attention of the waitress who then proceeded to argue about what was originally ordered. It could have easily been a misunderstanding on either side(even though the waitress refused to or was not allowed to write anything down), but the stank a$$ attitude that the waitress had was incredibly uncalled for. And anytime anyone needed anything, she was visibly irritated by their requests. Several times, members of our party just went to the bar to get their drinks because it took so long before she would come back and when she did, she was very unpleasant. Also, as the food was being brought out(all appetizers as this is apparently the only thing they served during this time of the day) they failed to supply us with any silverware or plates. When we asked for them, the guy who was asked to bring silverware kept asking if 5 would be enough even though we had a party of easily 15 people. Also, throughout the night, as we received more drinks, we were regularly informed that they were out of whatever glass that drink was supposed to be in. This was probably due to the fact that they weren’t picking up any of the empty plates/glasses to bring back to be washed. Now, the owner was suuuuper friendly! Not at all helpful, but real friendly. She kept walking around and taking selfies of her and random patrons with her selfie-stick despite the fact that her staff was clearly struggling to keep afloat. My suggestion, is either hire more help(preferably more friendly help) or get out there and do it yourself. At the end of the evening, when we were closing out our check, the waitress asked us what we had ordered. It turned out that the party hostess ended up grabbing the bill for everyone, but otherwise I would have hated to have been the last guy closing out his ticket in our party. I mean, we had been here for a few hours ordering lots of different drinks and snacks and I just can’t imagine that everyone would have remembered everything they ordered. I feel like there’s got to be a better way to handle that, maybe by asking how the bill would be separated beforehand and then adding to each ticket as items were ordered, but hey, what do I know? Also, the table behind us never got some of the food that they ordered and when they asked for the check, they waited for at least 20 minutes before it was ever brought out to them. This table, of course, had the same waitress as us. The appetizers were really delicious! We had the potato chip nachos, a couple different types of flatbread, fried macaroni, and the bacon-wrapped shrimp. Based off of the few appetizers we had, this place would have easily made 5 stars in my book. They were really just that good. And they had tons of options for drinks that even I was able to find something I liked. The place was really nice and so was the music. Unfortunately, none of this makes up for the horrible service experience. We won’t be back, which is a bummer, because I was really looking forward to trying their baked brie :(

Good things come to those who wait. And wait. And wait.. . My wife and I went last night(Saturday) for the first time with a group of eight people to taste the food. One of our group member’s son is a chef there. It was very busy and our group took a table inside. They had a live band, and the woman jazz singer was excellent.(If you want a quieter environment, you can sit on the patio, still hear the band, and hear your companions as well). My wife and I weren’t sure what kind of wine we wanted, and the staff selected wines for my wife and I which were exactly what we liked. We ended up buying a bottle of each. That was a good thing, because the wine servings are also very small, smaller than any other bar I’ve been to. It will save you money to buy your wine by the bottle rather than the glass. The food was excellent also. They have a limited menu, but the three dishes we tried were all tasty. Our favorite was the regular macaroni and cheese. I will echo the major negative that other reviewers have mentioned: service is exceedingly slow. Friendly, but slow. It’s not that the waitstaff wasn’t working; they were all running around like crazy helping their customers. I believe the bar is understaffed. There were approximately 100 people at the bar and I only saw about 5 staff members helping the customers. After turning in our wine order, we waited about 20 minutes for the first glass, Turning in the food order took another 30+ minutes at least. We received our first food dish we ordered a few minutes later but the second dish came out an hour later, so late we thought they had forgotten about it and reminded them. Getting a refill on wine was another extended wait, as was getting our check and paying. We will give the club another try, but we’ll come on a weeknight when it’s not so busy and hopefully the service will be more prompt.

We had made a reservation for 7 people on a Friday night. Service was lacking in all aspects. Took forever for the entire table to be able to order their drinks, and even longer to receive them back. The waiter was very confused as to who ordered what, and even tried to pour a bottle of wine to the wrong people(without showing them the label, etc). At one point our table was told that the waiter needed to attend to another table of important people and he would be back to us later. Second bottle of wine took 30 minutes because he had to ice it down from warm, and it was still warm when it arrived. This wine was his suggestion. I would have gladly ordered another selection if given the chance. Food was mediocre. Salman filet on top of my pasta was actually burnt. Both sides. Pasta was mushy. Pulled Pork Sliders were served on stale bread. The waiter never came by to see if the food was to our liking. I like the ambiance, but will not return. This was our 2nd visit. First time was slightly better with a smaller party. I think this wine bar needs a «bar rescue».

My Wife and I went to 323 on Monday evening. We were promptly greeted by our waiter with a great personality. He recommended a few items on the menu and we ended up ordering wine, chicken piccata and a pesto pasta dish. The food was really good and the patio atmosphere was great. We had a great time and loved this wine bar. We have been to 3 other wine bars around the Cypress area and none of them come close. We would highly recommend this for anyone that wants a casual night out for a few glasses of wine and food in a great setting.

Can’t think of anything negative to say about this place. Candlelit dining. Great live music. Superb service from the hostess to their wine connoisseur. Under new management and they are doing a great job! My wife asks me to go every week. Great place to sit back and relax with friends or the one you love.

We gave Three20Three another chance last evening. We were greeted as we approached which was great and the server was very attentive. They have made changes to improve their service. We will go back. The mac and cheese was outstanding!

I wanted to tell you about last night, after our Ambit meeting. We went to Three20Three for drinks(ok, it was several bottles) and appetizers. We got to talking and when I checked the time, it was 11:09. I told our bunch it was after 11 and they needed to close. We headed out but I stopped and asked the Matt what time they close. He informed me 10 o’clock but not to worry. He didn’t mind us being there because they were still cleaning up and checking out. You have the SWEETEST bunch of people working at Three20Three. We will definitely do this again, and again…

Well this is the 3rd time my husband and I have gone to this wine bar and waited for 20 minutes and NOT been even acknowledged by a member of their staff. First we went inside and there were 3 servers and none of them offered to get us water or a menu so we went outside and thought things might be different but the waitress was busy sharing pictures with people at the next table from her cell phone. Went to Three20Three on a whim to try it out… It was 2:00 and was our anniversary … We were greeted immediately, and asked to sit wherever we wanted. The music was low but you could hear it, and the décor was warm and relaxing… The server who was also the bartender was cordial and promptly and came to our table with menus, the beer list and wine list… I had the B52IPA from Conroe and the Mrs. had the Italian Moscato. We ordered the 2 cheese platter, the bruschetta and the Italian flat bread, All were perfectly timed for delivery to the table, and was absolutely delicious. The Mrs. had the flourless chocolate tort and coffee. I had a second B52… All in all the experience was excellent… The single wait staff was attentive as he also 4 other parties seated, two of which were outside on the patio. The server also took time to describe the monthly wine tasting, provide a tour of the humidor cabinet and made us feel as if we were valued customers. The patio will be out next stop as it looked relaxing and comfortable. The Three20Three was a great experience. cant wait to return.

We made reservations for Valentine’s Day several weeks ago after receiving an email about their $ 55 Valentine’s Day Menu. Our table for 10 was ready when we arrived at 8:30 for the second seating, however our server told us the kitchen was running behind. No big deal, we can have a glass of wine while we wait. Water and wine all took a while to get. The server took our order from the V-Day menu and they served appetizer fairly quickly, the meager salad was ok. Main course options of filet mignon, chicken or lamb chop. Filet was fairly tasty, but not very much and the lack of vegetables on the plate was surprising. The vegetables consisted of carrots and celery. A couple of our party had the lamb chop and it was OK. Several had the chicken and it was good. We also went there over the holidays and were disappointed with the service. Overall the food has declined over the last year or so, and the prices have not changed. Three20Three needs to step up their game or it will be an empty location.

My husband and I have been wanting to try this place for awhile since we live close by. I am giving this place 2 stars for the ambiance. The patio is really nice and I really wanted to like it here. There are comfortable couches and tv’s outside. Great for relaxing! The problems were the service and the value. The food and drinks are very overpriced. The service was terrible. We didn’t get our first drink until we had been there for about 45 minutes. I complained and the manager did apologize stating they had a private party that was impacting service. They did not charge us for the food or drink. We very much appreciated this. Despite this we do not plan to return. The reason for this is the mediocre food and small(and I do mean small) drink size for high prices. We are still on the hunt for a great local bar to go to on a Friday or Saturday night.

Is this the beginning of the end? I left a voice message 48 hours ago since they were unable to answer the phone during business hours as ‘they must be busy but they will call back’. As of yet no return call at this time. My wife and I went to Three20Three for dinner that evening, the place was not full. The small tables across the bar were occupied every other table and a small party in the back room. There were four staff members I could see, two staff members appeared to be reviewing receipts and or counting money. A new waitress was serving the patrons(I had been in twice within the previous two weeks and noticed this new waitress being mentored by another waitress) and she appeared to be the only one serving. I thought she may come to come to our table next until the table she just delivered drinks wanted a cheese tray. We waited for; service, a «hello, we’ll be with you shortly» or something that told us they knew we were there — but nothing. A patron at the bar turned to look at us as if to say — no service yet? So we left headed to Dario’s instead and hoped they were able to finish the money count and or ticket reconciliation. Oh yes, I said there were four servers; I don’t know about the fourth server other than holding up the bar. I’ve always enjoyed coming to Three20Three, the food, appetizers, and wine selection, but now I wonder if this is the beginning of the end of a good thing?

Great selection of wines on the wine list. Kind of cool vibe. Porch is the best place to chill on couches. Small but excellent menu ranging from cheese plates to entrees including pecan crusted salmon. Truly a treat.

So far nothing here is impressive. Our waiter took about 10 minutes easy before addressing us. It then took him another 10 to bring us a beer menu and another 5 until he brought us food menus. He even came to our table attempting to take our order with no menus. Once we got our menus we promptly ordered. We split the potato nachos, grilled cheese, and margherita flat bread. The potato nachos were decent, nothing to write home about. The grilled cheese was ok but there was a hair in the chips. The margherita flatbread was just awful. It looked like a lean cuisine pizza. The crust was like thick doughy cardboard. It was pretty much a microwave cheese pizza. No fresh tomatoes and no flavor. This was definitely not worth it.

My first experience here was nice, it was just about evening time and there werent any large groups. However, my second experience was pretty unfortunate. The party near us was so rambunctious that we couldnt hear one another at our table. The staff never asked them to respect other patrons so that was definitely a let down. All in all, they should lower their prices if they want to have a party atmosphere as opposed to a classy l one.

Have been to three20three twice now and both times had a great evening! Tucked in next to a Remax office, this is a great little hideaway to get drinks with friends after work. It is comfortable and quiet, no loud music to drown out conversations. I always seem to end up meeting new people at the bar and talking with the knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is just friendly. The wine, beer, flights, food, and specials are spread across five different menus, so it feels like a bit of research to make an order, but the staff will be ready to help. Donna made great suggestions. The wine selection is similar to the original Cork Café and the beer selection is great including excellent crafts and imports, both draught and bottled. What’s unexpected about a wine bar though is the terrific food, which is more than the typical cheese and appetizers. Salads, sandwiches, sliders and many other things up to filet mignon. Everything is fresh and made to order, and I have not been disappointed yet. Brandy, the Executive Chef, will help you make the best selections. Last night I got to sample their homemade potato chips. Overall I plan to make myself a regular!
