I’ve searched and searched for a pediatrician that I feel comfortable with and that accepts my new insurance and I finally found Dr. Tiffany Nguyen. She is very laid back, easy to talk to, and I like how she notices the little things about your child and comments on it. Like most pedi offices, you should have your concerns and questions ready. I love TCPA most because you can check your appointments and shot records online and at the end of your appointment they give you a sheet of milestones and your little one’s weight, height, etc.
Negative: Must call a month or 2 in advance for your appointment and the physician doesn’t go through each milestone with you. The nurse asks you by reading a list & you pretty much answer yes or no… I’m guessing because they get paid by the number of pts they see so you feel kind of rushed.
