Came into subway on the way to work. The girl who was helping me didn’t look like she wanted to be there at work and it showed. She had a poor attitude and must of been new because she did not know what she was doing slamming ingredients in my sandwich. She had the nerve to give me attitude when she gave me the wrong change due to inputting it in the register wrong. Don’t hire people who don’t want to work there, other people need jobs too that would do better job then her. Never coming back, the service left a bad taste in my mouth.

Unfortunately I have to put at least 1 star to put a review. It’s not that fucking hard to make a nice sandwich and attitude is a great way to make us feel welcomed. First and last time coming here and living a minute way gives no benefit at all. I’d rather drive the extra 10 – 15 minutes to a better one. Should’ve checked the reviews before I came.

Customer service is not the best. When I contacted the management of this location regarding the poor customer service, he was extremely helpful and offered a sub on the house, however, I would rather have the employees retrained for better customer service skills.

WORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE !!! I love subway and have never been treated this way. I didn’t catch his name but he was a Hispanic guy in his mid 20’s and so rude and unprofessional. He didn’t greet me, just stared at me. So I went ahead and tell him my order and when he finally decides to talk he seems serious and mad! I tell him what kind of cheese and wasn’t paying attention until after I noticed him placing it on my sandwich that it was not the one I asked for. He was also placing the meats on my sandwich then Tossing the extras back! His mannerism was very rude! Im a pretty laid back type person and don’t fuss over much but common courtesy is a must with me. Hopefully the store managers follow up on their receipt surveys because this guy needs a 101 on Customer Service! This location lost my business!

STAFFRATING. Went in for the April BOGO deal. It is clearly stated, «buy one 6″, get a second 6″ free». I ordered a breakfast 6″ flat bread egg and cheese and then ordered a second 6″ flat bread egg and cheese. THAT’S IT. When the guy rang me up, he asked if I wanted a drink with my sandwiches, I said no. Just the sandwiches. He then said, «I’m going to ring you up as a footlong because it is cheaper that way». I was very confused by his reasoning because a 6″ egg and cheese breakfast sandwich is only $ 3.50, so why would I pay $ 5 for a footlong when I could get both sandwiches for$ 3.50? He told me «because you are not buying a drink, you do not get a free sandwich». I looked at the sign and stood there, reading word for word, telling him that there is NO mention of buying a drink. He continued to argue, then finally walked his ass to the sign and read it for himself. He then apologized and said they probably just changed it. (YEAHTHEYCHANGEDITAPRIL! THAT’S WHYIT’S THEAPRILBOGODEAL!!!) SO, He rings me up. Comes out to $ 4-something. While I’m in my car, I notice on the receipt that he charged me for a Bacon, Egg, Cheese sandwich. Which is more expensive than the Egg and Cheese sandwich… SERIOUSLY? I don’t understand why the subway staff would want to rip me off. Did the guy need a side of bacon for himself? Did he need to meet a quota of selling 6 inch sandwiches? How difficult is it to sell someone plain egg and cheese sandwiches?! WORST Subway experience ever! His name was Armando BTW. FML. Thanks for reading my rant. Enjoy your damn sandwich. Hope he added my bacon to it.

I spent about 20 minutes in line waiting for them to finish with one customer who had a straight-forward order. Their employees have a serious work ethic issue. They know a customer is in line but do nothing to acknowledge them.

The shenanigans that Rebecca B. touched on earlier are still in full effect. There’s an older Indian woman here(the owner I’m assuming as she looks to be 30 years older than the other workers I’ve seen, and none of them are ever stingy) who is stingy as hell with the condiments. I asked for some veggies on a breakfast sandwich and she picks out two tiny onion strands along with two lonely heartbroken jalapeño slices. I was like wtf? All I can do is shake my head. It’s a shame too, cause this Subway is in a great open business mall with plenty of parking. I come here pretty often and whenever I get served by the regular servers, all is fine, but I’ve literally peeked in there to see the old woman behind the counter, only to turn tail and head the other way to take my business elsewhere. She probably thinks she is doing her business a favor by being the Grinch who stole Subway’s condiments, but she’s actually doing the opposite: Driving business right out the door. Two enthusiastic thumbs down for stinginess.

So according to Eat this Not that, Subway is one of the healthiest places to eat. The trick is going for the wheat bread(no problem) picking a lean meat(turkey or chicken), No mayo or cheese… yes, no mayo or cheese! Trust me, you can and will get use to it. I sub the cheese for some avocado… add some mustered, lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumbers, bell pepper, sprinkle a little bit of pepper and wa-la! Grab some baked chips and maybe… a cchip cookie… =/haha!

I actually prefer this location vs. the one on Valley View. Not only is it closer to my house, but parking is always a breeze. I believe they participate in the ‘rainy day’ promotion too. The one on Valley View doesn’t. The employees are friendlier too, in my opinion.
