It’s been over a year since they’ve opened and it seems they’ve fixed their issue with running out of wings. I haven’t had a problem in months, so I thought it was only fair to update. The counter staff has been great and managers routinely walk through the dining room.

Ordered rice, they gave me fries, ordered wings, the gave me three burned little wings, compared to the with the scale of the biscuit, the biscuit is even bigger than my two wings combined. Talking about how clean it is, the girl who personally took every piece of that extreme wings of mine wore a hat with loosely tied hair. To sum up, very disappointed. My 8 bucks spending on the number 4 three wings is not worthy. I have been together with popeyes since i was leaving in Vietnam but now i should re-considering about having my money spend here

This is the second time I’ve stopped at this Popeyes. The staff was absolutely patient and kind. They made sure we were taken care of even helped me out with my baby’s bottle which was too cold for him to drink. I appreciate this staff so much. The food was fresh and even though it was close to closing they wanted to make sure we got the best service. Thank you very much.

Ordered the tenders and had to wait 10 minutes no biggie but please get my order right didn’t get the spicy tenders didn’t get the correct side didn’t get the dipping sauce I ordered. Food was hot but I ordered at the drive through and also confirmed it at the window

Parker was a great help and made everything smooth found a new favorite Popeyes boom By the way I owed Parker this review a long time ago he is a great asset. He is the type of guy every employer is looking for. If he wasn’t already a team leader and employed i would offer him a job. Very impressed Popeyes you guys do an amazing job training.

I’ve been to this location about four times since they’ve opened, and only once have they met expectations. On our first visit, we were told the store had no sides or chicken strips. I picked up an unhealthy dinner once — two 2-piece dinners and the sides were wrong. My husband and I grabbed lunch before heading out of town one day, and received lovely service from Paolo. Surprisingly, the food was remarkably fresh too!

The worker, Peter, was aloof. I asked a question, and rather than answer my question, screamed about his machine for drive through bring broken, apologized, and felt like the apology was sufficient. It’s not. If you work in drive through window, fine. But don’t begin talking to me, then be rude by walking away. Then comes back after taking off the machine, slouch on the cash register while talking to me, take my credit card and then do not return my card. I got my card back only after asking him for it. He was not behind the counter, because he walked to the dining area to hang out with his friend, 3 other Popeye workers that was cracking jokes in the dining area, while guests were still there. Finally returns my card, with the same apology, though by now I don’t feel like it was remotely sincere.

I love going to popeyes on Tuesday because it’s 2 piece Tuesday where you get 2 pieces of chicken for 99 cents! Yes the service can be kinda slow but it’s because the restaurant is filled
