5:45 on a Friday night and the store is closed? I’d even be willing to drive up to the store to get my food. Loss of business!!!

Been going to store #1800 for nearly 10 years now. I have over time complained about this store before but this time I want to congratulate them. Over the last few months quality of the food and service has been excellent. Keep up the great work and it was a pleasure to see them win #1 store for the period fully deserved!

This Pizza Hut location has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, when I receive my food, it’s never correct. I have to call in every time to either get my order changed (and wait another 45 mins) or get a credit which they rarely like to do. One of the managers, Derek always has an attitude and displays horrible professionalism.

Please oh please, do NOT buy from this Pizza Hut. I ordered wings, they were cold and hard. The cheesy bread made me want to vomit. This was a complete waste of money and I’m never going back.

9 out of 10 times I have ordered there has been a problem. There used to be a female manager before who would take care of my issues so I would never complain or call in the 1 800 number. However this last time was the last straw. I wasn’t feeling so good and sent in my husband she get a special of two pizzas and a side item. When I sent to my husband with the credit card he did not know what to pick up. he came home with one piece of that was so dry and hard and was missing the other two items. I ask him for the receipts that they did not give it to him. I called back and spoke to the manager and said I would be sending my husband back for a refund he said he would not do a refund but would give me a credit. unfortunately I did not remember the phone number that I used because I was not feeling well and it turns out he could find it after 20 minutes by looking through all the tickets because he did not believe we had the order. This was on Super Bowl Sunday and I understood they were busy so I was patient up until this point. So the man manager on duty refused to give me my money back and wanted to give me a credit and did not want to make the food correct and wanted us to keep the one old pizza when its by this time was an hour this whole process took over an hour while my husband was sitting in the lobby waiting for us to come to a decision that would fix the issue or resolve it. Finally I called the other location a little further south on Barker Cypress who has fixed the problem before and has even remade the order out of their own food cost to take care of me as a guest. luckily the store manager was there and told me to call the store back and ask for the area coach and upon that point when I asked for the area coach number or my husband did as he was still there for now an hour and a half in their lobby the man would not even come out front and told the other shift leader to just give us our money back. How can i order 3 pizzas you only give me one item and then tell me sorry I’ll give you a credit for next time and I didn’t give me my stuff? this man was yelling with me on the phone and I was sick. this man does not deserve to be a manager he does not deserve to be in service and I ran a pizza after seven and a half years and I would never treat a guest like this.

Pizza Hut is always good but tonight they really out did themselves. My supreme with olives on the extra crispy thin crust was amazing!!! Next to the pleasant staff the pizza is always on point.

Service at this Pizza Hut is poor! They are only concerned about kicking pizzas out of the kitchen and not providing customer service. If you visit this location be prepared to wait and wait and wait for your pizza. The last time I visited I waited so long I just walked out!!!

This store dropped the ball on your boy. I was absolutely unsatisfied with the service I received in fact I didn’t receive any service at all! The store manager John what or whatever his name was couldn’t help either. I called and placed an order for delivery keep in mind I live 3 miles from the store and it took over an hour before the driver calls and informs me that he has the wrong address. So we fix that situation only to be called again to be informed they won’t deliver to my house even though they’ve brought food to my residence numerous times before. The manager did nothing to fix the situation.

This is usually my go to pizza place because of two reasons 1) they are close to my house and 2) they get my order right. The pizza is delicious, but you can get that at any pizza Hut and the staff is meh. At least they are not rude to my face. I usually get a free cookie with the coupon I have that allows me to get a free cookie pie everytime I order a large pizza. The wait time is horrendous though, 40+ minutes for a cheese pizza carryout?! But the cookie keeps bringing me back. For that reason I give it a ⁴⁄₅ stars! Would visit again!

Not all Pizza Huts are created equal. This is by far the best one I’ve experienced. Very clean with courteous employees and great service. We get a pizza about once a month, carry out. It’s always ready on time and oven hot.
Customer service is pretty awesome too. I place orders using the app. Once I accidentally ordered from the wrong hut. Didn’t realize it till I got to the counter. Not only did they make the pizza I ordered but they didn’t charge mefor it stating they know how easy it is to do that and just wanted to make up for the inconvenience. I was like wow!

I was told they don’t deliver to my address. I mean, I know 1 mile can seem like a really long drive but, you know… IT’S NOT. The fence of my neighborhood backs up to the Pizza Hut parking lot. Barker Cypress PH gives me number to the West Rd location. West Rd. location gives me phone number to Bearcreek PH. Bearcreek says no, Barker Cypress is the store that delivers to your address. Weird! Called Barker Cypress PH and tell me that my address can’t be found in the system. So I drive myself that long drive of 2 minutes up to the store. They make me add my address into their system and would you look at that? It’s in there. Would you just take a look at it?!
Maybe taking a minute to figure why my address is not in your system after I’ve told you I could throw a rock from my house and nail one of the delivery dudes that are standing outside in the head, would have ended with me in a better mood and not thinking everyone there is a tard. Come on!

I see many negative reviews for this location. I haven’t had any bad experiences. I ordered a carry out ‘Stuffed Crust Pizza’ through the Pizza Hut app on my iPhone. It was easy to use and allowed me to pay for it when I arrived at the store.
App estimated my pizza would be ready within 20 minutes. I was driving home as I ordered the pizza. When I arrived, it was exactly 20 minutes since I placed my order and everything was ready to go.
Only reason this place doesn’t get 5 starts is because I requested extra pepperoni on my pizza and it didn’t seem like there was any extra. Just the normal amount. Maybe I’m just picky. Whateva! Not that big of a deal.
Overall I was satisfied with the wait time, and taste of the food.

As soon as you call they ask you all your info have you wait then tell you they don’t deliver to your address
This is ridiculous considering they are located within 1.5 miles from my home
Ill order pizza elsewhere

I have ordered pizzas from them at least six times. All orders were delivered on time and they were courteous when taking the orders. Delivery drivers have always asked if I needed some extra parmesan cheese or pepper. Overall good service. I don’t recommend using the online ordering system if you need your pizza delivered the same day. The system seams to lag delivering orders to the store.

We’ve ordered pizza here half a dozen times and they consistently screw it up somehow. Make sure you check your order before you leave

I used the online service to order a pizza. It was 9:50pm and they confirmed it would be ready by 10:50pm. 30 minutes later I get a call saying they don’t have any breadsticks and would I like to replace with pizza rolls. I didn’t know what that was (totinos?) but after hearing the description it was not a substitute for cheesy bread. After I say I will just take the pizza, she says yeah, we don’t have the cheese for stuffed crust pizza or any pan pizza crusts either. I can understand being out of one or two items but really, this is college football bowl time and they should compensate their stock materials so they aren’t out of half the menu. Who wants to order a pizza and get a call later that none of your order is possible? Best try another pizza business that keeps stock up. One trip to Kroger and DiGiorno got my business (stuffed crust pizza with cheese sticks for half the price).

Today I woke at 10 AM and wanted pizza. I ordered a pizza online and had it schedule to be delivered at 11:15 AM. At 11:45, 30 mins later, I still did not have a pizza. The pizza hut is only 5 minutes from my house. I called and asked to speak to the manager. I was hold for 5 minutes, I guess she was talking to another complaining customer. I was polite as always and asked why my pizza was not delivered. The manager was nasty toward me and said she was short a driver and I would not have my pizza delivered in 10 minutes. Because the way she was talking to me I cancel my order. Her attitude was the icing on the cake. I work at another pizza place before. They start work an hour before it’s open. And the popular pizza like pepperoni (which I order) ready before putting it in the oven. If we were short a driver the manager should have got off her but and delivered people’s orders especially if they had an order schedule 1 hour and 15 min before the expected the delivery.
