Marble Slab Creamery Inc

Without a doubt the worst Marble Slab I’ve ever been to, and that’s saying alot! I came in the middle of the afternoon one day to get my usual Amaretto with sprinkles. There was only 1 party in line in front of me. There were 2 people behind the counter. The first was helping the people in front of me and the other was standing there eating waffle cone bits and being completely and utterly useless. LIKE I KNOW YOU SEE ME. I literally had to wait until the useful ice cream scooper was done with the first party.
Ordered my ice cream and they were out of sprinkles. WHO RUNS OUT OF SPRINKLES? IN THE MIDDLE OF THE AFTERNOON? Get. it. together. Seriously. So poorly managed. I also saw who i presume to be the manager walking around with a feather duster, dusting around the cones. That’s gross since those don’t trap the dust particles. Sanitation and service don’t seem to be high up on their list of priorities based on my experience as well as others I’ve read about.

Didn’t get an experience. I called twice to confirm they were open and didn’t get an answer. We drove up and it was completely empty. Then I was told they were pretty much closed and couldn’t do mixes. What? If you have a signature product, why would you shut that down before closing? Sounds like the employees were more concerned about getting home than serving. Very disappointing.

I love this location! The employees are so nice. I came in last night five minutes before closing and they were still very willing to help us; I’ve also come in during peak time and they take their time with every customer, which is key to any business. Will definitely come back again :)

I think everyone that is considering going to this establishment should know about my experience! We ordered our ice cream, and everything went fine with that part, but upon sitting down to eat our ice cream, it was near closing time, and the employee was starting to clean up. I noticed him spray a copious amount of windex all over the raised counter as he cleaned up and sure enough… right behind and underneath the glass ledge… Every last one of their add-​ins with the tops open.
So just in case you go here and think that you are NOT ingesting ammonia from windex when you eat your ice cream… you are. 0 stars. HEALTH RISK!

It’s always clean even the bathroom was clean I love there different flavors the staff is always patient and friendly nice assortment of mixins with a good variety of dipped cones and waffle bowls don’t forget to get a marble slab ice cream card after you feel up the card you get a free ice cream

Its ok. Ice cream girl loved to put her fingers in her mouth right before making your cone. I am very picky and did not like seeing that. Aside from that Ice cream tasted like every other marble slab. I’m just crossing my fingers I did not pick up any germs.

Love the red velvet! Make sure to ask for a Marble Slab card! Although I have noticed the locations getting a bit skimpy on the ice cream. And it’s not really cheap. If it’s a large, I should not be able to see the insides of the bowl. :/

Sadly, I am disappointed in this location. I have waited to Unilocal this one until giving it a few chances. So here goes, I will make it short.
Been here three times and have been consistently let down. The ice cream seems to lack in flavor when compared to several other Marble Slab locations. In addition to this the ice cream is VERY soft, which leaves it to melt way too quickly. You can barely eat three or four bites before you have a dripping, puddle of ice cream mess. I understand it needs to be a little soft to «mix», but this is just unreasonable.
There are many flavor and topping choices, but nothing to rave about. I will stick with the nearby competition.
