Good food good crowd great time and every Wed there’s free Texas hold em @ 7 & 10p and karaōke on Saturdays at 10 p.m.

Well I never knew in a million Unilocal years that I would give a bar that has smoking five stars. In fact as I write this I’ve changed it from 5 to 4 at least 3 times.4 times…5 times… damn… 7 times.
From the outside this bar looks like a total dive «slash» biker «slash» I change my mind I’m not going in there, bar. On the inside it looks like a huge; dive /​biker /​I change my mind I’m not staying here, bar. BUT for some reason… you are impressed. Yes, impressed with the many (and I mean MANY) televisions everywhere. The large patio area and the stellar bar service. By stellar I mean… if the bartender has been there longer than a year… you will have well made drinks.
And now get this… shhhh… Saturday nights is Karaōke night. Stage, lights, the whole 9 yards and a wonderful sound system.
But wait… shhh…get this… Thursday night is… sigh… oh yeah here it comes… it, it, it’s coming… STEAK NIGHT! OMG. I have found the lowest steak night ever. Freaking 8.99 baby! A 12 oz mouth full of pure seasoned tenderness. So good that everytime I think about it I have to lick the back of my hand I used to cut it. (Yeah… my right hand is now wet. Excuse the mental picture.)
And guess what management decided to do on such a wonderful Thursday night? Guess… Guess! $ 5 Patron shots. Bam! Uhhh… coming in late on Friday!
So, this is a place you just have to try for yourself. No I do not like bars that allow smoking. I totally think smoking should be banned from every single bar in America. This bar does have very good vents however. I don’t smell «as much» like other peoples habits when I leave. (Well, compared to others I’ve been too.) I advise sitting under one of the vents if you aren’t into smoke and I know most people just aren’t anymore.
Nevertheless, they get 5 stars from me for the great Karaōke, steak night, decent wings (order extra crispy cause they are the bigger ones, a friday night all you can eat catfish (that I haven’t had yet) and don’t forget… an excellent Jack and Coke.

I had the same problem with the «bar manager» I’was a bartender for 5 years and I love anyone’s business. My friend who was with was an African American female who happens to have her MBA and could pay the girl more a month than what she makes there. Again if she didn’t want our business then so be it. We left with no problem. I just had to make this public because it’s so ridiculous. Definitely racist!

I went here on the recommendation of Rick F. for their Thursday night steak night. He said it was very good when he went.
I visit some restaurants next to this sports bar frequently. Namely, El Jimador, Asian and Mini and the new Italian restaurant Villa Roma. Mac’s is a bar in the same location but in a separate building. It’s your typical county bar that is very casual with pool tables, video games, shuffleboard, TV’s, stage for a band, etc. There is outdoor seating but since this is in the county smoking is allowed indoors so there is no indoor refuge for non smokers.
I ordered the steak dinner that comes with mashed potatoes and green beans. I also ordered one of their large 25 ounce beers with it. The food arrived about 15 minutes later at the bar where I was sitting. I tried the mashed potatoes first. They are the kind that includes some of the peel and I really liked them with their good flavor and seasoning (3.5). The green beans also were good and properly seasoned (3.5). I must say the steak was good too. It was a nice sized piece of meat and I enjoyed it (3.5).
This was a very good meal. I am giving an overall score of 4 because of it being good food and the price of the steak meal is only $ 8.99! Seriously! Tremendous value. My service was also good. My large beer was only $ 5 too.
If you are in the area and it’s a Thursday night and you want a good steak, come here.

The nighttime manager is completely racist we walked in one of the waitresses served us and the manager told me she wasn’t comfortable serving us before we even finished our first drink.

I have been here several times before, the perfect neighborhood corner bar. nothing more nothing less, I think Norm just walked in.

Macs is the best. Shuffleboards — pool –incredible food — awesome music — great drinks — and the best company! Just go and see for yourself.

Perfect for smokers and Cowboys/​girls. The food is pretty good, esp the fried chicken balls stuffed with cheese and jalapeños.

I went Sunday for $ 25 (cash) all you can eat crawfish!!! The crawfish were huge!!! They did have potatoes and corn I wish they also had sausage but pickers can’t be choosers. The crawfish was great!!! I do wish they would have more butter to give. I heard bartender Eddie (whatever bar) was starting there and he is the best!!! I will certainly go back especially if Eddie will be a bartender!!!

Mac’s bar has a new owner who has added fun games and yummy food. The drink prices are good and there is mix of all ages. I can’t wait to go back

Went last night and it was a interesting mix of young and old. They have Kareoke darts and pool. The part I didn’t like is it seems like they water down the liquor. I use to bartend and kettle one shouldnt taste like that. Even the tonka was watered down. But drinks were cheap. I have never been to Cypress before so it was a little bit of a culture shock. The crowd ranged from bikers to cowboys to regular people. I will probably be back. Since its a friends spot who lives out there.

Been here for lunch and their burger was one of the best I ever had! They have lots of tv’s for the games and a bunch of bar games to entertain the easily bored. There are a couple of shuffleboard tables, 3 pool tables, 2 dart boards and various sport games. I plan on coming here quite often!

Bartenders are nice and excellent regular customers. Well priced beer and good music/​tv. I really enjoyed our night here this evening playing on the pool table and we are planning to go back each Monday. Very awesome place, glad I gave it a second chance.

Great. If you are looking for fancy, fast, and a big selection this is not your place.
Anytime of the day is a good time to showup. Food is awesome. People are nice. Music is always playing. And sports is always on the TV. Hope to see you there.

It’s a nice bar. They have two really nice shuffleboard tables, I would say the nicest in the area. They have three pool tables. There’s a stand where live bands play and they also have poker tourneys on certain nights. It’s cleanish for a bar. I haven’t eaten anything from here yet but my friend always gets the massive baked potato. The crowd is a typical bar crowd, nothing too bad. The shuffleboards are what really make this place if you like that thing. It’s not a bad place to stop for a drink, there’s nothing nearby though. And the parking lot is a little funky.

I love this place. I come here pretty regularly and it’s my go to spot for a quick drink. I always sit at the bar because I love the bartenders. They always know what I want and have my next drink ready. I’m not to fond of sitting at the tables and getting served by a waitress though. Anyways, ALL the food is good. Seriously. You can’t go wrong with anything. Tuesday are .50 wings! Caribbean jerk is the best one!

Decent neighborhood bar. Although I probably won’t be going back anytime soon since I don’t live in the area. Even though it is the usual spot for my friend that lives nearby. I wouldn’t really call it a dive… its located in a fairly new building only a couple of doors down from one of my favorite burger places. The layout is similar to many other sports bars in Cypress. Interior was kinda smokey and the waitresses and service are not that great/​great-​looking. They do have 3 pool tables, 2 electronic dart boards and 2 shuffleboard tables. Restrooms were about what I’d expect. Get the big ass beers, they come in huge stein-​like glass mugs and they’re cheap.

We were there just 2 weeks ago and the staff was great & food was good from all who ate. The band was The Chromatics an 80’s band so the staff dressed in 80’s attire which was great. The bar stayed very busy all night but our waitress never wavered she stayed on top of it all evening. Thanks!

This is a decent little dive bar. The people there are pretty friendly, but not the brightest crayon in the box if you know what I mean. They had karaōke on Friday night, which is a plus for me cause I always enjoy watching people make an ass of themselves.
FOOD: I’d give it a 7 out of 10 which is pretty good when it comes to dive bars. They have daily special all week. I had the all you can eat catfish and fries for 5.99. Normally I’d pass up a fishy deal like that, but I tried it and was very surprised that a dive bar could pull of a decent fish meal.
ATMOSPHERE: This is a pretty busy place. Our friends that took us there said it used to be really slow, but now every weekend is pretty busy from what they say.
SERVES: 5 out of a 10. At one point I asked for another piece of catfish and about 35 minutes later she had finally brought it out, (only cause someone at the table had said something to her).
Overall its a decent place to hangout if your looking for some low key fun. If we lived in Houston I’d probably frequent this place.

not a fan! went for5 dollar crawfish kid free. I wanted to relax eat my crawfish drink my vodka soda and fing chill! I got one lb of crawfish before they were out after standing in the hot sun for 30 minutes trying to get another pound. my waitress was super busy she brought me a single vodka soda tall. I was full but not buzzed after that drink. tasted like soda water. I only got a proper drink when walked to the ar and ordered. Uli made a great drink not to strong or weak just right. The place was dirty. There was alot of smoking but the ventilation system was good! Tables were way close together could barely walk through them. I would not go back by choice. we ledt and went to 20.00 all yuo can eat at mazones they were quality much bigger and plenty of them. my drink was never empty there either.
