This is a very good place to go and get all your liquor needs meet… The staff is very professional and knows their stuff. the prices are reasonable but the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST!!! I’ve been a secret shopper for some time and believe me they go above and beyond for all their customers… coming from a secret shoppers view and a REAL CUSTOMER VIEW this place hands down is the BEST!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

The rudest people I have ever met work here. I purchased 2 bottles of wine, and both were absolutely rank. When I called the store to let them know, I was told to bring the bottle in to «make it right. » The clerk accused me of lying and told me to get out of the store, saying that they don’t need customers like me. DO NOT GO THIS STORE OR THEIR SISTER STORE.

Usually go to specs due to low prices and being a house name in Houston. We saw this store while grocery shopping and decide to stop in and check it out. The selection and prices are great, the first time we went the «owner» or 1 of them was very helpful and nice even sampling out a bottle I was curious about. Family run business with several locations in the area.

My quick stop spot when the weekend is upon me and I need to stock up. Whether it’s Jack, Jim, Jose or Bailey’s, I know that I can trust that M&R to have it. They also carry a wide array of beer and single malts. Need cigars? They have those too.

We stopped in M&R for a quick purchase. I then received a call from my husband to pick up a high ball glass if they had any. Well, they did have one that was perfect. When the gentleman behind the counter saw we only had one glass and there were two of us there, he went on a hunt for an additional glass. Since he couldn’t find a price on the original one selected, he kindly gave us both glasses free. He was such a nice guy, and the store had good selections. Personal attention sure makes you want to shop here often!
