Ivy Kids Early Learning Center

I was initially torn between «nanny care» vs daycare when I was going back to work. I had almost given up on daycare centers when we toured Ivy Kids. From walking in to touring, there was an overall family feeling and the staff all seemed to truly care about the kids. Everyone was greeting the kids and their families by name. The facility is open, clean, and inviting! We decided to give Ivy Kids a chance since they had online camera access, and I am so glad! Our daughter has been attending Ivy Kids for almost 1.5 years and has really enjoyed it! She started in the Infant B class and progressed through to the Toddler 2As. In the Infant B room, she learned so much including sign language & loved her teachers! She now will ask to go to the school in the mornings and sometimes doesn’t want to go home if she’s playing outside! The staff is approachable and also always accommodating schedule-​wise which is a big help for us. The only complaints are that the paper daily progress notes offer little information and the potty training is more parent-​led. Although the the curriculum may not be as rigid as other centers, at this age we are content with our daughter playing in a safe, friendly environment and coming home happy and smiling. We plan on starting our infant at Ivy Kids once space is available!

After moving to Katy a few months back and tirelessly looking for a place to take our 3 year old son we finally decided to enroll him at Ivy Kids… All I can say is that our expectations have been greatly met and we couldn’t have found a more loving and caring staff that is willing to put up with our child! From the relationship that the teachers have with the students to the curriculum that is administered, we are happy to have our son be in an environment that he is able safely grow in! Great place overall!

totally unprofessional staff/​director/​owners! they are liars and awful daycare! do not take your children there!
