Hertz Rent A Car

Pros: they had vehicles available for a walk in
Cons: 3 staff members available only 1 actually working
Unprofessional staff one guy drawing while I waited for them to figure out what car I was getting into, and they were talking about how she was jealous because he was a better artist than she was
It took 45 minutes to rent a car and walk out not sure how long it usually takes but 45 seems like a long time
Now for the car it was clean on the inside but dirty on the outside I don’t think they washed it bugs were stuck to the front of the car and the windshield
I walked in at 4:32 the 3 people behind the desk and one guy has to tell the other guy to help me. Didn’t say hello, or how are you doing just can I have the keys? It’s 4:51
And the man has disappeared not sure where he is or what he is doing? Definitely will not be renting a car from them again.
Another gentleman is helping me now because I had to ask him where the other guy was because he was still MIA! I wasn’t going to write a review but somebody needs to do something about the lack of professionalism/​service in this place.
