Walked in and I could tell the employees were slammed with work. Yet Amanda was very patient and walked me through the steps to make my custom business cards and both employees managed to greet everyone walking through the door at the same time. Amanda even walked my mom through details and I know that takes extra patience. It’s refreshing to deal with nice employees especially during the holidays. I’ve never reviewed any business but in this case I felt the need to.

Horrible customer service skills. Walked and in and little white chick was helping customer, told me to wait. I waiting and walked around the store (5 mins) after she was done with the customer she started to help another customer that came in after me. I finally had to ask her if she was going to help me, she told me to hang on (again). Then I asked the other employee (big black lady) and she was rude and unhelpful, acted like I put her out by asking help. Woooooow, this store needs a facelift with its employees. Will not return. Save your time and go somewhere else.

I called this location after 9pm on a weeknight. The guy who answered the phone was very helpful and politely answered all my questions. We determined that I needed to come into the store so I made my way their direction. They are conveniently located next to HEB so it is easy to find and parking is not an issue.
The same young man was once again courteous when I arrived even though I came in 30 minutes before they closed. He talked and joked with me the entire time he was completing my request and was able to help me make exactly what I needed. This location really pulled through for me on a last minute need and I am very grateful!
